Clean with helpful staff
Bathroom small and no hot water

Whatever you do DO NOT stay here!!! I’ve stayed in hostels all around the world and this is by far the worst accomodation I have stayed in. The bed is like concrete, the bathroom is one of the tiniest I have walked into and the whole room is riddled with bugs. My suitcase was covered in millions of ants that had nested during the 2 nights we were there and on top of that the staff were a big let down. They said they can’t help me as all the other rooms had worse beds and smaller bathrooms so couldn’t transfer, the roosters nearby also go off 24/7 so if you want to get a good nights sleep there is just no way. To top it off they wouldn’t refund the booking, we had no choice but to leave. Upon checking out we noticed a caterpillar thing crawling around the sheets. Honestly don’t waste your money here

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It’s true that the shower and toilet are too close, but you can adjust for a couple of days. Cherry, the main receptionist, was very helpful arranging island hopping, tours, and transportation to the airport. It is far from the noisy area and close enough to walk to the many restaurants that general luna can offer.
The staff were great, I mostly just spoke with Sherry, I believe her name was. She was very accommodating and understanding when I messed up my check out date by accident. The place looked nice in the shared areas for the most part.
The sheets provided as blankets were a little coarse and uncomfortable. The water from the sink had a bad odour. The "pool" water was discolored yellow brown, so didn't attempt a dip.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I arrived 6 hours earlier than my check in and the accommodated me the entire time

Wifi connection is sometimes unstable.
Rich-Vania suites is a no frills, no fuss bed and breakfast that will offer a comfortable retreat from the mainstrip's hustle and bustle. While this looks far from the main strip, its about a 10 - 15 min walk depending on your pace. What makes the this place is the staff! Shout out to everyone who looked after me during my stay and made sure I was comfortable.
The room I stayed in was on the smaller side and the bathroom was very small. While the breakfast was decent, you dont get an option of what to have.
Lastly, they have a little pool at the front which is not in use. This would've made for a nice dip after a day in the sun.
It is conveniently located in the town center and very safe neighborhood. Spacious, clean and very comfortable rooms.
