Una bellissima esperienza in questa città magica

Me gustó todo, la ubicación, el colchón muy cómodo... el personal muy amable, en concreto Hakan nos ayudó mucho en recomendaciones y excursiones para hacer. Volvería seguro!

Hotel muito especial! Café da manhã turco incrível!
Funcionários muito bacanas em especial Hakan.
O charme maior do local é a LUNA - a cachorrinha dona e proprietária do hotel.
Super recomendo… pertinho de tudo, quarto estilo caverna (inclusive pode cair uma areinha do teto), espaçoso, ducha forte e quente.

Cons:

Leve retorno de odor no banheiro (mas na nossa hospedagem em Istambul também teve) acredito que seja algo estrutural do país.

Soggiorno da sogno
Pros:

Struttura curata e a due passi dalla strada principale di Goreme. Camera pulita e carina. Colazione abbondante e a buffet. Personale simpatico e gentilissimo: Il receptionist in particolare ci ha aiutato in moltissime situazioni rendendo il nostro soggiorno più piacevole.
Viaggiavamo in night bus e ci hanno consentito di fare check in anticipo gratuitamente visto la stanza era vuota, ed il giorno della partenza di lasciare i bagagli in reception. Super consigliati!

Sorpresa con encantos
Pros:

La atención del personal espectacular, me ayudaron a realizar todos los preparativos para una sorpresa de cumpleaños, fueron muy atentos durante la estancia, decoraron la habitación y nos ayudaron con la reserva de nuestro viaje en globo.

Excelente escolha em Goreme.
Pros:

Eu apreciei muito a vista do hotel,a limpeza e especialmente os funcionários Russel e Halcan super simpáticos ,acolhedores e solícitos para resolver os passeios.

My stay was magical thanks to the staff (and resident pup!).
Pros:

The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The breakfast was freah and plentiful. The room was huge and by far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this magical cave hotel

All good!
Pros:

Great location up near the top of Göreme, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 3 different rooms, all were spacious, clean, warm and dark (that’s a cave for you). Breakfast was classic Turkish, lovely terrace and dining room.

Cons:

We extended our stay there and paid direct, I checked and we could have got the room cheaper through booking.com. The jokes on us.
