Wellcoming helpful staff ,Cleanliness , Breakfast Sea views from my bedroom and freshly decorated comfy lounge..Quite end of Weston Nice walk along the sea front to shops and bars Bus stops 2 minutes away from hotel .Entertainment each night
Nothing to dislike enjoyed my stay
Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
Room was although dated, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We managed to find free parking outside so that was a bonus.
A little far from the city centre and main strip.

The noise from other rooms. It was a Sunday and those above us were up at 6am and you could hear everything, and those next door the same - put the tv on at 6am
It had lovely views and very accessible
The pillows were too big and hard and the en-suite door lock did stick a couple of times

The hotel is old and run down, the toilet had black tape around it holding it together and the bedroom door did not fit properly.
The breakfast was below average, the staff were the best part of the hotel.
The staff were excellent and thr corner room we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable

Staff are friendly and helpful,room was clean and sea view beautiful😍,we just had breakfast which was nice and staff are very efficient.
