Superbe expérience dans un lieu atypique
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Incroyable petit déjeuner avec une vue magnifique sur la ville.Il est situé dans le cœur historique de Berat un peu en hauteur et on y a accède par de petites ruelles pavés.

Beautiful, friendly hotel in the heart of the old town
Pros:

Located right in the centre of the old town, with views across the river to the mountains beyond. The rooms are really nicely done, and the bed is super comfortable. Our host was really friendly and the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room has stunning views! You can’t park in this area of town (there are no roads, only footpaths) so there’s an arrangement with a supervised parking area just 10 minutes walk away which worked really well for us.

Tolle Lage und sehr preiswert, etwas schwierig zu erreichen

Cons:

Zugang mit Gepäck: ungeeignet für Leute mit Schwierigkeiten beim Heben von Koffern, nicht geeignet fürs Ziehen von Rollkoffern (100m steil aufwärts auf grob steinigem Weg), kein Service vom Hotel beim Gepäcktransport, Hotel allerdings auch sehr preiswert, hohes Serviceniveau nicht zu erwarten

Pros:

Die Unterkunft lag in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Berat in Mangalem. Mit dem Auto kann man nicht direkt hinfahren. Also am besten nur das in den Koffer packen, was nötig ist, denn der Weg mit Kopfsteinpflaster und bergauf ist nicht komfortabel. Dafür eine super zentrale Lage mi einem richtig leckeren Restaurant nebenan und dem Weinfenster. Super Idee.
Das Zimmer war sehr authentisch mit Zwei Etagen für vier Personen. Sauber und das Personal beim Frühstück sehr bemüht. Englischkenntnisse wenig vorhanden, war aber nicht schlimm. Mit Händen und Füßen und zur Not mit Übersetzungsapp.

Cons:

Leider hat es anfangs etwas gedauert beim einchecken jemanden zu erreichen, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Das Bad ist sehr klein, sodass die offene Dusche fast das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzt. Also etwas vorsichtig beim Duschen.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt am Weg, daher keine gute Sicht und recht hellhörig.

Endroit magnifique dans une maison typique de Bérat. Personnel accueillant, chambre grande et propre, emplacement parfait et un petit déjeuner plus que copieux...et excellent. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Uma boa escolha
Pros:

Muito bem localizado (mas atenção a quem tem dificuldade de locomoção: envolve uma subida por ruas de pedra e escadas dentro do hotel), com uma vista linda. Ambiente limpo e aconchegante, atendimento incrivelmente gentil e prestativo.

Cons:

Nada que impeça de voltar, achei um pouco estranho a pia junto com o chuveiro e só depois o vaso sanitário. Com duas pessoas no quarto seria mais difícil coordenar o uso do banheiro.

A delightful small hotel with great atmosphere and delicious breakfast, would stay there again.
Pros:

A wonderful little family-run hotel, exceptionally charming. Delicious breakfast with a spectacular view from the breakfast room. The room was small but modern and comfortable, with charming features like wooden ceiling beams.

Cons:

The only caution is that the hotel is located up a steep hill that is reached on narrow cobblestone pedestrian streets. It was a challenge to get there with our luggage. But the effort is worth it for the fantastic views.

Sensational view from the breakfast room - what a treat!
