Pros:

Bra läge inför morgondagens tur till Islay med färjan.

Cons:

Skulle ingå frukost o vi bad om en doggobag med smörgås och kaffe när vi kom på kvällen vid kl 21. Vi fick ett päron, chips o flaska vatten!

Room needs some love
Pros:

Staff are lovely the food dinner and breakfast is lovely. Room very quiet.

Cons:

Room itself needs a bit of love. Bathroom tiny towel rail rusty and not working. Only free standing heater in bedroom so quite cold. Disappointing.

Great location, fantastic restaurant friendly , helpful young staff, modest but spotless accommod
Pros:

Dinner was the outstanding feature of this hotel. It was outstanding in quality and we would hugely recommend. The young staff were impressive and took the initiative to offer us a better and more convenient room without fuss.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t quite live up to the restaurant but was fine for an overnight stay. Unfortunately we were initially given the key to an already occupied room which caused some embarrassment.

Went for music festival and had a fantastic weekend. Hotel mainly great but needs a little upgrade in a few areas .
Pros:

Well situated great staff and a wonderful breakfast

Cons:

Needs updating in areas . Bathroom especially.

Was clean and tidy and in a good location to stay. Pity about the breakfast though.
Pros:

The full scottish breakfast was OK but the eggs benedict was poor. The eggs were hard and it was not that hot. Not the best taste either.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Coffee not that hot out of the pot.

A very pleasant experience all round
Pros:

very easy check in outside normal hours. tasty breakfast served by lovely staff.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. The interior decor is a little on the tired side, but it is clean & tidy.

Great stay with lovely staff and looked after very well
Pros:

Delicious dinner followed by a good nights sleep with a great breakfast to follow in the morning. Comfortable clean room and a good bathroom with a fantastic shower. Staff were very friendly and even though we had an issue with payment it was easily sorted over the phone with no issue at all. Recommend to everyone
