La gentilezza del direttore. Avendo avuto un problema per la rottura di un tubo dell'acqua si sono dati subito molto da fare e in pochissimo tempo tutto è stato sistemato. Mi hanno scritto e mi hanno telefonato quindi mi hanno aiutato ad attendere che il tutto fosse funzionante. Gentilissimi ed efficentissimi.

Close to the action but quiet enough to relax.
Pros:

The space was so centrally located, it made it very easy to experience the wonderful restaurants and bars of Cluj. It was also very quiet, despite being on a main street, because it was safely tucked away. Self check in was a breeze. I also found the soft mattress very comfortable, and the recessed mood lighting was a nice bonus.

Cons:

It isn't wheelchair accessible, you have to walk up a flight of stairs. It's in an old building that has been renovated, so that is to be expected.
