Very happy, everything good thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only minus was the shower flooding bathroom.

Pros:

La colazione intercontinentale con poca scelta ma ben organizzata. Purtroppo la posizione pur essendo vicina al centro era su una strada secondaria non troppo illuminata la sera. L’hotel mette a disposizione tuk tuk per il centro

Große Zimmer, freundliches Personal, das sich sehr viele Mühe gibt, schöner Pool mit Bar, guter Preis

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber dafür gibt es ja Tuk-Tuks. Die Auswahl an Weinen ist prinzipiell gut, aber leider waren nur 2 (ziemlich teure) Flaschen da und das noch ungekühlt. Hier ist aber m. E. nicht das Servicepersonal, sondern das Management in der Verantwortung.

The water didn't get hot and the Air com didn't get very cold. And I was on the first floor and the noise from the people living in back was terrible.

It's a bit remote from the busy and noisy streets of Siem Reap, clean and the personnel where very helpful with our needs on our short stay in Siem Reap. Perfect value for money

Blanc - Blankets are comfy
Pros:

The staff are super lovely. It very much is service with a smile. They are very friendly and informative and accommodating.

The hotel itself offers luxury - with a king-sized, semi-firm mattress; a rainfall showerhead with high temperatures and strong pressure; as well as A/C.

Since the hotel is located a little out from the center, it is also very quiet.

Cons:

I just don't think I'm the market for this hotel. I'm single, childless, young. That was not the profile of the other guests.

Also, the food left much to be desired, both their breakfast buffet, and the lunch à la carte.

But I would not stop you from staying there. Again, the staff is lovely. I was offered an upgrade!

Best Bed Ever but Noisy
Pros:

Great location. Incredibly comfortable bed and beautiful room. The management and staff is very helpful and nice. So clean. If the room had some soundproofing, it would have been perfect!

Cons:

The only rooms with windows are on the street and are not insulated. There is a band at the Hard Rock until 2am at least and the traffic on the road is very loud. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones the whole time. Inside rooms are probably quieter but have no windows. Pool does not get any sun.
