Couldn't get worse
Pros:

It is located close to all the good restaurants and cafes and in walkable distance to the Panagsama beach. The staff is quite good and welcoming.

Cons:

1. The smell, biggest turnoff. The foul smell in the bathroom was extremely difficult to manage. Even the ventilation didn't work well. Since the bathroom was next to the bedroom, it made things even worse.
2. The heat inside the rooms. Even with AC at 17°, the room couldn't get colder. The entrance area had two windows but no blinds, just curtains. Which heated the room too much.
3. No proper duvet or bedsheet provided.
4. The shower pressure was very low, still manageable. But their tap pipe was not fixed well.
5. Basin leakage, their bathroom basin was leaking. They came and fixed it later but the damage was done.

Pros:

The property was so beautiful, great location, and the staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the owners friendly cats that wandered around the property. I would absolutely stay here again when coming back to Moalboal. My room was so spacious, clean, and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

Great location, very near to bars and restaurant and yet very peaceful place to stay. Relaxing pool in the area. Clean bathroom and comfy bed. Great place to stay in Moalboal.

Cons:

No proper car park.

Pros:

Het was voor een nacht maar alles was netjes verzorgd. Wel kleinschalig. En basic.
Ze kunnen van alles regelen.
Het ligt net buiten de drukte maar toch dichtbij alle restaurants etc.
Er is een water tappunt wat erg fijn is.

思ったよりよかった
Pros:

小さいけれどプールもあって、お部屋もきれいで、Wi-Fiもよくつながった。それにスタッフもとてもフレンドリーだった。

Cons:

部屋の清掃が3日に1回だったので、滞在中同じシーツとバスタオルだった。せめてバスタオルは毎日変えて欲しい。
シャワーのお湯は出るんだけれど、水圧がすごく弱い。
