Pros:

The staff here are incredible. The owner is lovely and actually provided a taxi service for me to get to my next destination, and stopped multiple times on the journey to allow me to take some photos of the amazing views. The owner's son (I'm guessing) served me for dinner and was fantastic. He spoke fluent English so we could communicate well, and was making conversation with me as I was there on my own. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

For me, it wasn't clear where to check in. There isn't a reception so I just saw a door and went in. The staff in the kitchen then had to call the owner to free me but it wasn't a check-in process. It's not a bad thing but just not what I'm used to.

המלון במיקום טוב, עם נוף יפה. חדר די מרווח. מקלחת טובה. מארחים מסבירי פנים. ארוחת בוקר טובה, אם כי כדאי כנראה לאכול מוקדם. בשעה 9 כבר היה פחות אוכל.

Herzliche Gastgeber und tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Familienhotel mit hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es zum Frühstück auch Kaffee und Tee gibt – in dieser Preisklasse in Albanien nicht selbstverständlich. Sauber, herzlich und absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts was uns wirklich gestört hat. Alles war sauber, freundlich und gut organisiert und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Famille très accueillante, ils ont d'arrivée un ancien musée en ruine pour faire chambres d'hôtes et c'est très réussit.

Pros:

La atención de la chica que nos recibió y de todo el personal fue inmejorable. El desayuno buffet riquisimo y el hotel es hermoso. A 5 minutos caminando del centro. Las camas super comodas y ni un solo ruido en la noche. Parking privado.
