It was a Divine experience.
Pros:

The surroundings of the hotel were clean and green. The closeness to the temple.

Cons:

The breakfast was fresh and good. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Overall good, but washrooms lacked the premium feel
Pros:

Food and hotel staff were excellent.
Rooms and lobby very clean.
Location very convenient for rope car and buggies.

Cons:

Bed felt as if you will fall off the edge. There was no bucket or telephone shower in 1 bathroom. Washroom isnt renovated enough to match the rooms.

Perfect Location, Amazing Breakfast & a Comfortable Stay
Pros:

• Excellent location – within walking distance of the rope car station(view from our room is attached) and the head tonsure facility.
• One of the best breakfasts I have ever had – delicious with excellent quality and variety.
• Rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
• Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended for families visiting Palani.

Cons:

A small kids’ play zone would be a great addition and very helpful for guests travelling with families.
