Det fanns ingen personal på hotellet utan vi var alldeles själva. Ingen restaurang, vi fick åka till närmaste tätort där ingen restaurang var öppen. Utan vi fick nöja oss med en micropizza på en bar.

El trato del personal excepcional. Con vocación.
El desayuno muy completo y con ingredientes de proximidad. Además lo van llevando a la mesa 🫶🏼.
La hubicación nos resultó muy positiva al estar en medio de las zonas que queríamos visitar.
El sitio está vigilado por la noche. Y sin problemas de parking.
Sin duda, volvería.

Cons:

Me habría gustado que la piscina estuviera operativa.
Un espejo de cuerpo completo en la habitación habría venido bien.
La temperatura de la habitación no podía ajustarse.
Es un lugar de descanso y la primer noche había mucho ruido (tal vez habría que hacer alguna observación a los huéspedes que vienen en grupos).

El hotel, en nuestra opinión, no corresponde al nivel de un establecimiento de 4 estrellas.

Desde nuestra llegada, el trato en recepción fue poco amable. El señor que nos atendió (que parecía ser el dueño) nos indicó de manera poco cordial que la habitación no estaba lista porque los huéspedes anteriores acababan de marcharse. Entendemos que esto pueda ocurrir, pero habría sido suficiente con informarnos educadamente de la hora aproximada de entrega de la habitación.

La habitación nos pareció muy pequeña y la cama bastante incómoda.

El desayuno fue especialmente decepcionante. Para dos personas nos sirvieron únicamente cuatro trozos de fuet, cuatro de queso, dos croissants y dos tostadas. Pregunté si era posible pedir huevos o una tortilla, ya que normalmente no desayuno ese tipo de alimentos y me quedé con hambre, incluso ofreciendo pagarlo aparte. Sin embargo, se negaron a prepararlo.

En general, el servicio y la experiencia no corresponden a lo que uno espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
