Pros:

Amazing butler Yuan Yuan and Zihan helped us with everything we asked for, huge room with great view from the 10th floor, a luxury bathroom and a modern design bedroom, 20 min. away from Panda Centre (Via taxy 4$), loved it, 15 min walk to the River path for nice night time experience, highly recommend

Cons:

Breaking internet but that is the norm in all hotels we stayed (Shanghai, Zhangjiajie)

When I traveled to Chengdu for the first time, this hotel was a little unexpected to me. Basically, five-star hotels have some configurations, all of which are available here, butler service, free laundry, travel recommendation!! It's so great! There are also two subway stations nearby, which is too friendly for people like me who can't read maps. It's very convenient to walk to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road! The staff is also very gentle to us. I especially praise a housekeeper named Zihan, who is gentle and patient!! The most important thing is that a few minutes' walk downstairs is the snack street! Finally, you can find famous Chinese snacks without making a strategy! I will live here next time I have a chance.

A gorgeous room with lovely staff.
Pros:

Upon arrival, the staff (Yuanyuan and Zihan) were attentive and kind, being patient with me despite my subpar Mandarin. Anytime I had any issues, they were happy to help and even helped me look for the answer to my questions online when they didn’t know the answer themselves. The room itself is absolutely gorgeous and has everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The bathtub is is large and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing soak!! The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to Yushuang road metro station, which has two connecting lines (very convenient). In the nearby area, there are plenty of restaurants, tea shops and convenience stores.

Cons:

The property is slight hard to find (on the tenth floor up the elevators next to the A tour shop).
