RENOVATION NOTICE:

* Renovation work is done from 8am to 5pm from 10th July to 9th September. The AC units in all the rooms are being replaced. Please note that the conference rooms, and all superior rooms may be affected by noise.

* We are currently upgrading our elevators. For our guest’s convenience we will do one elevator at a time. Unfortunately there may be some disruptions.

I don't think I would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was close to where I was working and clean.

Cons:

I had a room with an adjoining door which meant it was quite noisy. A face cloth in the bathroom would have been good. The air conditioner was old and noisy and not very effective. Considering the room rate compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Suva I don't think it was particularly good value for money.

THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL.
Pros:

BREAKFAST OPTION IS A BIT LIMITED.

Cons:

I THOUGHT THE COST OF THE HOTEL ROOM WAS A BIT HIGH CONSIDERING ITS MORE OF A BUSINESS HOTEL AND NOT REALLY GEARED TO TOURISTS.

Excellent location in Suva if you have meetings at ADB offices.
Pros:

the location was perfect for me

Cons:

the property was clean and the staff were friendly but the restaurant service was a bit on the slow side and the room rate was on the high side for the facilities provided.

Acceptable
Pros:

Good view from the room, servicing of the room was good. although refurbished six years ago when you pull the curtains back you can see what was missed.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was very confusing, maybe loose wires as they worked randomly, the room took a long time to have warm water come through the shower, negating the savings from not washing towels as so much cold water had to be run off

Pros:

Service Personnel warm, helpful and friendly. Food very good from Breakfast to Evening. Nice selection, fresh and tasty

Good stay but not good with asking to download apps for access
Pros:

Location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel should not be asking us to use our phones to access doors. Asking us to download application seems fishy as we don’t know what information from our phone is being taken. This is unnecessary. I am still concerned about this.
