RENOVATION NOTICE:

* Renovation work is done from 8am to 5pm from 10th July to 9th September. The AC units in all the rooms are being replaced. Please note that the conference rooms, and all superior rooms may be affected by noise.

* We are currently upgrading our elevators. For our guest’s convenience we will do one elevator at a time. Unfortunately there may be some disruptions.

Good stay but not good with asking to download apps for access
Pros:

Location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel should not be asking us to use our phones to access doors. Asking us to download application seems fishy as we don’t know what information from our phone is being taken. This is unnecessary. I am still concerned about this.

Very welcoming staff and good location
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Room was clean and locations good. Bar/Resturant is relaxed.

Cons:

Facilities need servicing or upgrading. I had to shoulder the room door to get in.

Pros:

Room was great and bed extremely comfortable. Toilet and bathroom were clean & tidy. Location was central and ideal and had a lot of parking which was great. Staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

Not so much dislikes but lil hiccups during my stay - Your room key is now an app on your phone. App was slightly glitchy and had to refresh it to unlock door. There was also a minor miscommunication about check out time on app - on booking/check in, it says 11am but on the app it said 12.15pm.

My stay was comfortable, well-managed, and overall a pleasant experience
Pros:

We didn’t have the opportunity to try the breakfast during our stay, but everything else at the hotel was wonderful and we look forward to experiencing it next time.

Cons:

Everything went well, though a bit more proactive coordination would help improve efficiency.

Room was just OK but the staff were lovely.
Cons:

My room was allocated just in front of the broom recess/store room. Every time I opened the door, I had to enjoy cleaning materials, products, etc. Also, was enjoyed the noise by cleaners taking things out and in.
