Pros:

Архитектура, история места, прекрасный интерьер, очень приветливый и профессиональный персонал на ресепшене

Cons:

Уборка номера была не очень качественная. После жильцов которые были до нас остался носок, плюс на полу была найдена металлическая скрепка , а с 2-х летним ребёнком это может быть опасно. Кондиционер и он же обогреватель очень шумные, уверен что если летом в жару или зимой в холод кондиционер включить на ночь , то сна не будет

We stayed at Arctic Club so we could watch the Yankees play at the Mariners, we picked this hotel because of the history
Pros:

The Arctic Club is more like a boutique than a cookie-cutter chain. The hotel is in a convenience location with access to the link right outside the hotel that connects to the airport. The breakfast was awesome and the staff is nice.

Cons:

The drinks at the bar were kinda pricey, especially when we were there during happy hour and none of the drinks we were having were discounted. I also never found a vending machine to grab a bottle of water. However (not intended on transitioning to a positive in the section of things that I didn’t like), I found out on the last day that Seattle has awesome water, and one of the few places that I could drink it right out of the spigot.

Nice tub, AMAZING BARTENDER- ABSOLUTE QUEEN SHE TOOK SUCH GREAT CARE OF US AND DESERVES A RAISE! Fun and and historic but also retro vibe (stereo with CD player in room! ). Valet also kings.

Cons:

Lil over priced. Room was SO HOT even with AC at full blast. Couldn’t open windows. Miserable.

Overall a good experience.
Pros:

Large clean rooms and nice bar to get food and drinks. Great valet service.

Cons:

Food portion size small for price. $24 for a green salad with veggies and basaltic wasn't worth the price. My husband did the spicy noodles. He said it was good, but very small.

Great food, great drinks, very nice bed, wish I could have stayed another day or two.
Pros:

The concert I went there to see (string quartet) definitely benefitted from being in an older building. The food was great, and reasonable price for the area. They also had a drink called the Embered Orchard, definitely recommend that future visitors try it.

Very Comfortable stay, we will be returning soon!
Pros:

I love the fact that they try to maintain the original hotel as much as possible, its like stepping back in time when I walked in the lobby. The Valet service gave me piece of mind and we highly recommend everyone goes and buys a drink from Mike at the hotel bar!

Cons:

The location as far as distances from attractions is amazing and a reason we will be returning to this hotel, but the views from the room are a bit of a let down with the lot across the street on the south side of the building.

Excellent service and valet
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible. Huge selection. The coffee was nice and strong.

$$$$ but I at least feel like I got what I paid for.
