Pros:

En realidad nada.

Cons:

Todo, el lugar se presenta como un hotel pero en realidad es un Auto Hotel. No hay una entrada con pavimento y es una zona muy peligrosa. Toda la noche hay ruido y no es un lugar apropiado para la mayoría de las personas. Muy sucio y en mal estado todo.
