This property had everything and more. Location, wonderful staff, so spacious and modern rooms, a variety of shopping and dining options. This was our first time visiting Hiroshima and the Granvia South Gate hotel. We are already planning our next trip back, and will sta longer. It was absolutely amazing!

The hotel is located in very convenient place inside Hiroshima station. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very kind.

地點非常方便廣島站南口2 F直接可以上7 F lobby check in 房間乾淨舒適！樓下即是百貨商場也可以直接搭乘地面電車。或是從7 F另一側連通商場，頂樓戶外也有寶可夢的遊戲區！

Two-day stay in Hiroshima. The hotel is in the Hiroshima train station, so very convenient to catch the loop bus to the Peace Museum, as well as the train to catch the ferry to Miyajima island.

Nice hotel, convenient location fronting tram. Personnel friendly and helpful.

New and clean, staff needs more experience on check in procedures.

During our 20-day journey, the most memorable meal was at UmiShima Dining, the onsite restaurant. Although it operates as a café and buffet-style venue, the à la carte dinner options were exceptional. The Wagyu steak was hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted, and the cod appetizer was bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive—attentive, warm, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend dining here.

The hotel itself is lovely and ideally situated for exploring Hiroshima’s key attractions and makes for a perfect base for a day trip to Miyajima Island.

Perfect location, right above the train station, could not be closer for arriving and departing via bullet train.

Connected to Hiroshima station and the minamoa mall so everything was super walkable and convenient! There were plenty of food options including the best okonomiyaki I've ever had just one floor down from the hotel lobby. Very easy check in and self store luggage area for leaving luggage prior to check in. Amazing views from the lobby as well. Very clean and modern room with a comfortable bed and decently sized room by Japan hotel standards.

Buffet breakfast very tasty and varied, for both Japanese and Western tastes. Location convenient to local train, tram and bus services.

I choose this hotel because of the good comment on net. As what people said, it is very good. The location is excellent. No matter you take the JR trains, Shinkensen, trams or buses, they are available in a minute. I recommend to choose this hotel.
For the buffet breakfast, they provide wide range of food and drinks in hood quality. Staff are very nice and polite. Offering a cheerful smile to me and delighted my day.
This is my first time to Hiroshima and you give me a great memory. Thanks.
