The Best!
Pros:

Amazing stay, amazing location and most importantly amazing team running this property.
The property location is close and within walkable distance to major landmarks in the city. Dont miss the restaurant here as well.
Most importantly, the team here especially Thunahan at the reception was so helpful and accommodating. He honestly went the extra mile and above and beyond to accommodate us. Teşekkürler Tunahan. You are the best!

Pros:

Шикарное расположение ! Чисто , уютно ! Соответсвует цене! До 2 этажа это здание бывшего банка 1840 года, советую брать эти номера они колоритнее! Завтрак хороший , выбора не много но голодными не останьтесь !

Great with a couple of minor tweaks
Pros:

Beautiful, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Great location too!

Cons:

The room was a lot smaller than the pictures of the “deluxe” shown on the website. Fairly sure we were given a “superior” instead despite me intentionally picking a larger room because of our luggage.

Minor odor to the room but it was only noticeable when first coming in. AC helped.

Pros:

Nice boutique hotel, top location. Friendly staff but have to step it up a little to make it a truly 5 star experience (no doorman, no ramp for the suitcase, limited English spoken). Wonderful view from the breakfast area facing the old city and the river.

Nice hotel in a historic building near Galata tower in need of a good manager,esp for its restaurant
Pros:

The room with sea view was very good. The staff was friendly and professional except for the restaurant.

Cons:

The dinner in the restaurant was a disaster. I could not get a wine list. Then we were waiting for the food 50 minutes in almost an empty restaurant. Then they brought us the main courses first and the starters later. And one of the main courses was chicken instead of lamb... By the way, the food was good, so the chef is doing something right.
