Pros:

Le personnel de la réception était hyper accueillant et disponible. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, j'ai super bien dormi. Il y avait un grand choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner.
Et l'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, j'ai pu faire énormément de choses à pied.

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain était relative. Ça n'était pas sale mais poussiéreux.
Et j'ai trouvé le personnel du restaurant assez inattentif, sur l'ensemble de la semaine, on ne m'a proposé du thé ou du café que 2 matins.

Great breakfast, could have better reception staff and updated rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, facilities outside the room modern and clean.

Cons:

Reception staff not as friendly as you’d expect for a hotel. Felt very dry and like we were being upsold external activities. Rooms require some updating, photos look great but in person felt its age.

Servizi dell'Hotel di ottimo livello, pulizia e silenziosità. Ottima posizione.
Pros:

L'Hotel era una banca e si vede l'austerità tipica della banca. Alla reception hanno però fatto di tutto per rendere confortevole il nostro soggiorno tramite la prenotazione di alcuni servizi esterni.

Cons:

Secondo me la colazione costa troppo. Questo spinge molto a rifiutare e fare colazione in un bar esterno adiacente alla struttura. Le stanze che danno sulla via principale hanno la visione di fronte un palazzo fatiscente, non bello da guardare.

Pros:

The property location was nice and the lobby area.

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing, especially for what is advertised as a 5-star hotel. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and not accommodating, which made our experience far from enjoyable. The housekeeping was also poor, and the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we expected a much higher level of service and quality, but unfortunately, the hotel fell well short of our expectations.

Pros:

Excellent location, clean and cozy. Located on a nice and quite street yet very near to all the busy parts of the city. The staff were very friendly especially Mert and Elif. Would definitely go back!!!

More coffee options for breakfast and please make the coffee stronger!!
