Memorable
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and cozy. Located on a nice and quite street yet very near to all the busy parts of the city. The staff were very friendly especially Mert and Elif. Would definitely go back!!!

Generous Customer Service in Galata
Pros:

I booked a Superior King Room with Galata view for my 5 night stay. I was impressed with the size and views of the Galata tower from my room. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely selection of homemade Turkish biscuits and fresh fruit with a welcome message, which was a great touch. The bathroom was stunning, with a lot of marble finishes. The room had excellent storage and an area to sit. The breakfast was hearty with a good mix of Turkish and western items. After staying in quite a few different European hotels over the past month, what stood out to me was the level of customer service from the front desk team. On numerous occasions Omer assisted my friend and I with getting Ubers, recommendations for local eating and sightseeing. In my opinion the level of service shown was over and above the expectation and you could tell that Omer is passionate and well suited to working with guests and genuinely wanting guests to have the best possible experience. I also had a fantastic experience at the onsite Hamam and found the treatment gentle but very effective. The Galata area itself is fantastic, lots of great dining and shopping options with charming older buildings.

Cons:

I think some fresh juice options at breakfast would be a nice touch, along with eggs to order and hot drinks to order(often the hot water was not hot). I ran into some difficulty conversing in English with one young man at breakfast and was assisted by a female chef. The housekeeping staff did a good job however I noted all seemed to be male employees. My preference would have been to have female staff making up my room each day, noting I had no negative interactions with housekeeping staff. Block out blinds/roller shutters on the windows would be a great addition although I was able to sleep well with an eye mask. It would have been nice to see some more Turkish options on the room service menu, instead of the western options. Some street noise on some nights, although not enough to disrupt sleep.

5 Sterne ist übertrieben.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Sehr nah der Galatabrücke. Zum Galataturm mit schicken Restaurants waren es ebenfalls nur wenige Meter

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit tollem Bosporusblick war sehr klein !

Great location, fabulous room, enjoyable stay.

Room was stylish,spacious,extremely comfortable bed,mattress, pillows. Spotless. Will return again.

Cons:

Though I booked room with a balcony, staff said they will sort this out but next day or the day after they didn’t even mention. Just because I am not a smoker doesn’t mean I don’t need a balcony 😊

Buon hotel , ma non se ti serve un taxi
Pros:

La struttura e’ pulita e Modena , situata in una bella via ne centro del quartiere Galata.
Le principali attrazioni sono per lo più raggiungile a piedi . La suite aveva un vista splendida

Una sera siamo andati a cena a Swiss hotel .
L’addetto alla reception ha chiamato per noi un taxi giallo che ci ha portati a destinazione . Abbiamo chiesto se la mattina dopo ( dovevamo imbarcarci per una crociera ) avrebbe potuto fare lo stesso ; ci ha detto di sì e che non era necessario prenotato .
Il giorno dopo però un altro addetto al reception ci ha detto che non era possibile per loro chiamare taxi , ma solo un servizio di noleggio con conducente di loro conoscenza ( che prendeva per il breve tratto circa 40 euro , contro i 15 del taxi ) .
Abbiamo acconsentito ( malvolentieri) , ma non ha neanche saputo dirci a che ora sarebbe arrivata l’auto .
Io mi sono spazientita e ho fatto presente che la sera prima era stato chiamato un taxi .
Il signore incredibilmente mi ha risposto che non era vero , non avevo mai preso nessun taxi e di andare ( a piedi - con due valige pesantissime ) alla più vicina fermata e prenderne uno lì .
Alla fine sono uscita e ho chiamato da solo un taxi di passaggi con un fischio .
Un servizio inqualificabile .
