Construction in day time in hotel

1 Debited my card on their own when I wanted to pay by cash. I thought it was only for blocking the property and we would pay at the property while checking in.
2. Temporary room was given but it was never changed even after addressing. Hence we ended up in the same room the entire stay.
3 Just because the breakfast was free it was as good as not there. Only 1 day we tried eating and we had stomach problems.
4. Renovations in the hotel. continuous drilling and hammering sound which would start as early as 9am . We go for holidays to relax and not to go through this chaos. It should have been mentioned on your website while booking and not after we checked in. When we asked the hotel they said we have kept a circular in the room which is visible only after you checkin and payment.
Overall it wasn’t a pleasant holiday and I would rethink to book my hotels through your website.

The gate keeper was very helpful and polite. He helped me park the car and exit the gate. Excellent person.
During my check-in process, there was a problem in the system and the technician people were rude.
Breakfast was both east and west cuisine. Good croissants. There was a deaf guy working as bellhop. He had the most beautiful smile that I saw in all Nepal. This hotel is worth staying at just to be greeted by this lovely man.
