Pros:

Hotel was close to Shirdi Sai Temple. Restaurant service along with room with discounted price. Booking date change request was easily accommodated with help of hotel staff members.

Pros:

Location and cleanliness of the toilet and room to a good extent.

Cons:

Toooo.... early checkout at 11am. I had to pay another 1,100/- for extending 3 hours. Which I felt is not fair .

Very Basic expectations are not met.
Pros:

Food - however service was poor and was taking lot of time for order delivery

Cons:

Rooms - No Electricity during the day and frequent Power outages making it difficult to stay in room without AC and fan during the day.
One of the bags kept for safekeeping was lost by Staff at reception.

Overall very good stay for a family
Pros:

Clean, neat and friendly staff who helped us with everything and also arranged up and down shuttle service from airport.

Cons:

Power fluctuations were there multiple times but generate backup came in few min once power return.

per night charges should be in the range of INR 1500 ... its overcharged based on facilities
Cons:

AC was not working
No food service in room- for a room amount of INR 3500 / night , we expect food service.
We booked two rooms for 2 families. They charged extra money for 2 occupants, since we missed adding our spouse count while booking.
