Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Deluxe hotel. My room was huge; there was a fridge, kettle, water, tea and coffee sachets. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk to main shopping centre and about 10–15minute walk to the sea side. Breakfast was also good. I will return when I next visit Turkey.

The reception staff were very caring and attentive. The presence of an elevator made it easy to take our luggage to the room, which was a big help. Breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly commendable. A comfortable and well-managed place to stay!

Cons:

However, it's worth noting that the photos online don’t fully match the current condition of the property. The rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from renovation—especially the bathrooms, which felt quite old.

Pros:

It's my second time and I would fully recommend the hotel. Breakfasts are just fabulous! The location is perfect. And the muezzin's voice is quieter than last year. The staff don't speak English well but they are trying to be helpful.

Cons:

The only problem I had was the window that was so damaged that it could not be closed. I was in May so it was not a problem but I can imagine that in winter it would have been otherwise. Otherwise, everything was very good in the hotel.

Location was very good for me , because i had the way to istanbul on my motorcycle and it's near the central road and i did not need any ride in town.
this price is ideal for this quality

Our room had only ceiling light. no bed side lights.
Floor carpets were a bit old and allergic.
