Thanks Booking.com for charging 25% above the walk in rate and claiming that two rooms are available when the hotel was

Pros:

The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasent. I would especially like to commend Anne.

Not much. Could do with a fridge in the room.

Hotel requires so much improvement

No hot water.
Faulty sink faucet
Television resolution was very poor
There is no telephone inside the room
Dirty shower room
There was no remote control to adjust the air con. We had to use the stool to adjust the room temperature.
There are only 2 options for breakfast
