All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.
Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times.
Use of the SPA is for people over 18 years of age.
LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
A child up to 8 years old is allowed to share a bed with their parents.
Use of the SPA is only for those over 18 years of age. Use of the SPA's Heated Pool requires prior reservation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La ubicación y la vista
Podrían modernizar un poco mas las instalaciones de los baños en los departamentos
Nada.
Pésima habitación nos toco, pague un dineral por una noche y me dan una habitación que colinda con sala de maquina de aires acondicionado, en la noche solicite cambio de habitación si no reclamas simplemente te tienes que matar ese ruido, Pésimas experiencia.
La ubicación y restaurante excelente
No había agua caliente en las habitaciones . No avisan antes de check in por lo que uno no se puede cambiar a tiempo.. recomiendo preguntar llegando si hay algun problema de mantencion o agua en la habitación.
Llegué un día a las 6de la tarde y la habitacion no estaba hecha. Sali para que la limpiaran y en 2 horas solo hicieron la cama son sacar papeleros ni cambiar toallas ni cambiar sabanas ni limpiar baño
La ubicación es inmejorable
Sin embargo, es sobrevalorado para el valor por noche, las instalaciones no son modernas, las cabeceras y colchones no son cómodos, el desayuno es variado, pero en dos oportunidades saqué tazas sucias (con labial y manchas de café). Fuimos con nuestro bebé y nos proporcionaron una cuna gratis, pero la cuna estaba sucia. Los vasos de la habitación los lavan en los baños. Por otro lado, cuando fuimos nos tocó el ruido de reparaciones, nos cambiaron de habitación y la tina estaba tapada, pedimos en dos oportunidades que la destaparan sin resultado positivo.
Finalmente, la piscina del spa no está disponible para niños, cosa que te informan cuando llegas y no antes. Fuimos en septiembre y evidentemente no queríamos someter a nuestra hija a los cambios de temperatura de la piscina temperada exterior.

La piscina no estaba temperada, la TV de la habitación nunca funcionó, se escuchaba todo el ruido de pasillos y la pieza continua.
La gente muy amable nos ayudaron a resolver todo lo que necesitábamos.
El desayuno muy pobre, mejor el enjoy de Antofagasta, hueco frio, palta de bolsa, café descafeinado en sachet, todo muy frío. La piscina del spa muy fría el agua
Costoso para la mala calidad de instalaciones, cobran hasta el gorro de piscina, no hay nada especial café o chocolates de cortesía, en dreams uno paga menos y es mejor
La recepción en la llegada, el Spa muy cómodo, amplio y limpio. las habitaciones amplias y bien limpias y el salón de desayuno variada su comida, muy rico y con vista al lago, ordenado y amplio. Muy buena la atención en general del personal de recepción, habitaciones y salón de comida
el baño tenia una filtración de aire y como existía viento, sonaba. pero es puntual. Solo eso. lo demás muy bien
