Aangenaam voor mijn medereizigers, te druk voor mij
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid personeel, uitzicht op de bergketen (Atlasgebergte?).Aangenaam voor mijn jonge gezelle (14 en 17)

Cons:

Ontzettend druk door 1200 gasten, vele jonge kinderen,aangenaam voor de jeugd. Heel druk in het restaurant. (maar dit ligt meer aan mij dan aan de omstandigheden. Beter andere periode kiezen, vóór Juli.

Unfortunately, this is not the level of service one expects from a five-star hotel.
Cons:

We booked this hotel more than six months in advance. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room was unfortunately unavailable. Instead of the two rooms we had booked for five people, we were accommodated in one small family room. The next day, we were offered an “upgraded” room, but as you can see in the photos below, it is difficult to call it an upgrade.

Unfortunately, there were more issues with the room. The air conditioner stopped working, and the sink drain barely functioned. We even had to remove the drain cover just to make the water drain properly.

At first glance, the rooms look modern, clean, and attractive. However, a closer look reveals that they have been in use for a long time and are in need of renovation or refurbishment.

On the positive side, the hotel grounds are beautiful. The area is large, well-maintained, green, and very pleasant.

I would also like to compliment most of the hotel staff. They were polite, efficient, and completed their work quickly and professionally. The only exception was the bartenders. They seemed to put very little effort into preparing cocktails. For example, instead of serving a cocktail that should contain six different ingredients, we were simply given orange juice without even adding ice. The photos below show how the same cocktail is supposed to look and how it was actually served to us.

Pros:

Очень красивые виды, территория, сосны, дорожки, деревья, цветы, можно гулять по кругу и отдыхать, запахи вкусные, много зелени. Вид на горы и море топовый. Хорошее обслуживание, если есть возможность, тебе идут на встречу в твоих просьбах. Официанты очень вежливые и дружелюбные. Вкусная и разнообразная еда, свежие фрукты, овощи и салаты. Понравилась классная отедельная кофейня, и очень вкусный куриный кебаб на секу-баре. Картошка фри тоже очень вкусная

Cons:

Нам попался номер на первом этаже стандартный, на букинге особо и не было возможности выбрать что-то другое. Он нам показался слишком маленьким, не хватало места для одежды, хотелось ещё один шкаф хотя бы или гардеробную. А так же было очень влажно в номере. До этого шел дождь, но потом влажность не проходила, из-за этого вещи были влажные и документы. В следующий раз я бы ни за что не жила на первом этаже. Качество коктейля на баре очень зависело от конкретного бармена, не было определенных строгих пропорций, то разбавленный коктейль, то слишком алкогольный, то идеальный. Пляж не очень комфортный, всё ещё в стадии улучшения, песок насыпают, но все есть булыжники, где можно подвернуть ножку, если не аккуратно заходить. Заход есть, но лучше иметь коралки, но спуск с пирса отличный!

Хотелось бы лучше
Pros:

Красивая ухоженная территория, еда тоже вполне разнообразная, вкусная .

Cons:

Мы жили на вилле , которая граничит с другим отелем . Рядом здание для персонала обслуживающего и они всю ночь там разговаривают , очень шумно . Вилла прямо на въезде , шум от машин. Взрослого аквапарка нет . Пляж ужасный , такие огромные камни , лежаков мало . Не вернусь второй раз .

Great place for a vacation and to spend a relaxing week!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay - everything was great! The location is amazing and the views are breathtaking. We also loved the food and really enjoyed trying new things every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At one point, my spouse needed medical assistance to check her blood pressure, and the doctor arrived very quickly.

Cons:

As a downside, the Wi-Fi and internet speed weren’t very good, and it didn’t work at all inside the bathroom. We also noticed a slight sewage smell coming from the shower.

Started nicely, but finished not so good.
Pros:

We did enjoy:
- Stuff was kind and very open to questions. Kudos!
- Food was tasty. There was also child buffet which we discovered only on the last day.
- Territory of hotel is also nice. We did enjoy walking under the trees. Our villa was also under the shade, so we didn't really suffer under the sun.
- My son really enjoyed ice cream place, even though it was open only from 12 till 16.
- Property was gorgeous and cleaned nicely.

Cons:

What might be better:
- The main concern we faced during our trip back home. We ordered transfer provided by hotel (on the reception). We also ordered car child seat and that's where the problem is. Seat was completely messed up with cat's excrements os that we have to throw away all the clothes in the airport.
- Very pestering sellers in the hotel. There are different shops and they always were trying to sell smth when we came to get lunch. Even thought we were in the swimming poll the clothes selling guys was trying his best to sell stuff...
- During last cleaning in the room probably a glass was broken in the room, so that I stepped on the sharp peace. Luckily it didn't get very deep under the skin, so damage avoided :D

Pros:

This is our seventh time returning to Salima Club. And the most important thing when choosing a hotel is its grounds and cottages, nestled in a pine forest, the good and veried food and the good infrastructure with few restos and swimming pools, the friendly staff and the very good SPA.

As excepted , comfortable and pleasant
Pros:

Big territory , nice staff , food above average, rooms are comfortable. Perfect for Russian speakers.
The hookah guys are the nicest in the whole hotel + the market guys also very helpful .

Cons:

The hygiene needs to be improved. The toilets are old . The pools also . The sea is full of big rocks ( bring a shoes ) .
We had room number 2111 , suddenly we had one accident. The room was flooded by water that came from the garden ( the doors were closed ) . The positive thing that they reacted to the situation and solved the problem. There was a lot of water all over the room . Gladly we had no electronic devices attached to the floor. The hotel didn’t offered any apologizing gift .

After all it’s not a luxury 5 star hotel .

Pros:

People working there are amazingly kind. We loved how nice they were. From the reception to waitresses 👍😇 The hotel provides good quality for the money you pay. We actually loved how quite the beach side is. No loud music or anything, you can just chill.The facility is great. We are already considering coming back again.

Cons:

We are aware 95% of guests are Russian Speakers however it felt a bit weird when the hotel is sometimes ignoring the Turkish customer existence 😄 It looks like everything is mainly being arranged for Russian speakers.
