Una estancia adecuada.
Pros:

La situación, muy buena y cerca de los puntos de interés.
El personal de recepción, a la llegada, atento y amable. Bien.
El cuarto de ducha, muy bien (a excepción del escalón demasiado alto, bastante incómodo).
El desayuno del primer día, bien. El segundo día no pudimos tomarlo por el horario.
Una de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Para entrar en el cuarto de baño, falta un escalón, pues el que tiene es demasiado elevado.
Indicaban que el desayuno comenzaba a las 7,00. Luego dijeron que no comenzaban hasta las 7,30. Y cuando dejamos las habitaciones, a las 7,30 no había nadie en recepción a quien entregar las llaves.
Habíamos solicitado 2 habitaciones con balcón, de igual categoría y precio, pero una carecía de balcón y se escuchaba mucho la música de la terraza-bar.
No gustó una de las habitaciones, por el mucho ruido.
A la llegada, una de las habitaciones, no tenía la cama hecha; solo estaban las sábanas dispuestas para hacerla.
En la otra habitación, alguien se había dejado unas zapatillas usadas.

Pros:

La réceptionniste était accueillante et souriante.
Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Ma chambre donnait sur la court intérieure, ou était situé le bar et le lieu pour le petit déjeuner.
La fenêtre simple vitrage n'était pas suffisamment isolé.
Tous les soirs il y avait la fête et de la musique forte ainsi que des discussions jusqu'à 1h00 du matin.
J'ai allerte l'accueil mais sans succès.
J'ai souhaité changer d'hôtel durant mon séjour que j'avais entièrement réglé.
J'ai fait un message à booking pour savoir si je pouvais changer d'hôtel, mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse.
Mon voyage d'affaire était plutôt épuisant par manque de sommeil.

Not suitable even for one night if you're looking for a relaxing stay. I don't recommend it!
Pros:

The room is spacious. The shower has hot water.
We can only thank the cleaning staff – the room was spotless, the girl in the restaurant – the breakfast was good, and the girl at reception for her friendliness.

Cons:

Strange customer service. The man at the reception desk made us fill out the registration paperwork ourselves, something that never happened in Morocco.
We booked two rooms with balconies and were given rooms with windows overlooking the courtyard. There's a bar there that sells alcohol. Loud music played until late into the night. Then it was just plain loud. The bar closed at 1:45 a.m. The room was thick with cigarette smoke, even with the windows closed. We couldn't sleep. It's simply outrageous!
The bathroom is 1.0 x 1.5 meters with a very high step. There is a crack in the door through which you can admire the room. After washing, everything was wet. The puddle under the rug didn't dry even overnight. I had to wash myself standing in the room.
There is no soundproofing, The doors are made of thin plywood.
