Couldn’t get coffee machine to work
Friendly staff were always helpful. Nice accomodation above a lovely olde world tearoom. All facilities you need and lovely comfortable bed.
Only drawback was the fact it is on the landing flight path for Heathrow. Not a problem overnight but flights start early morning.
It was spacious, clean and well equipped
The shower could do with an update of power. Also perhaps a tad more natural lighting from the windows would be nice
Great location,walking distance from station, bus stops right outside.
Great having the tea shop downstairs for breakfast
We stayed in room 5 and although there was a mirror in the bathroom there wasn’t one in the bedroom so it was impossible to blow dry your hair or check your clothes.
Small niggle as eco else was excellent
It was as comfortable and self contained.
Shower was very small access.
The room was a really good size , v quiet ( for London ) , had tea and coffee , fab bathroom with walk in shower . Heating really good and controllable . Really convenient to Kew Gardens ( opposite) and the tube station . Good for London generally . On top of that the price was terrific . Free overnight street Car parking around the corner .

No breakfast on offer the next day of the night we stayed!
Spacious cosy warm room with lovely high quality bathroom. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower. It was really quiet too which was a bonus.
Being fussy here but really don't like PG Tips tea, perhaps some Yorkshire tea or herbal options would be great. Coffee machine is great to have but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work!
On arrival the staff were so accomodating and so friendly. They made me feel so welcome. The room was spacious, clean and luxurious. Literally every little thing has been thought of. I cannot recommend Maids Guest Rooms more highly and it will be my first choice for every trip I make to London
