Good location and facilities but the loud noises from all the partying for half of the week, makes this place not suitab

Cons:

The place is beautiful and clean; however, the fact that locals have access to the place to party for half of the week makes it a nightmare to try to rest. I had an incident in which a woman who WAS NOT staying at the hotel, complained to me that my swimming was splashing her and her friends. I mean, she was in the pool and there is water. The place is too loud from Thursday night to Monday day morning (2:00 am). As a tourist who wants to rest after getting to know the country during the day, this is not the place to be.

Aun no edta terminado, las areas que se ven rn la foto no estan habilitadas, la direccion q me enviaron al correo era erronea y el numero dd contacto no estaba disponible, ademas en el programs genius decia que me darian un desayuno que no medieron xq el restaurante aun no esta habilitado.

Está bien para ir a los eventos que hacen, como hotel le falta bastante y no me quedaría más de 1 noche. El precio no va
Pros:

Las áreas comunes se miraban relativamente nuevas y limpias. Tienen dos piscinas y un área de billar para entretenimiento. Hay bastante espacio para relajarse y disfrutar el ambiente.
El parqueo es amplio y es muy simple identificar la entrada.

Cons:

-No hay acceso a la playa (está lleno de piedras y hay una pendiente pronunciada)
-Las piscinas no se veían tan limpias
-El desagüe para la ducha estaba tapado
-la comunicación por acá y por WhatsApp es deficiente, quería hacer check in 1 hora antes y mandé mi petición con más de un día de antelación, me respondieron que si hasta después de irme del hotel.
-Las toallas estaban manchadas y no había agua caliente.
-No hay desayunos hasta las 8:30-9am
-El staff aveces trae bebidas totalmente diferentes a las que pediste
-El wifi es deficiente (se pierde la señal y no es rápido el internet)
- Tienen pocas opciones de comida en el menú.

Great but overprice
Pros:

The pool and beach front were amazing for it being in the middle of nonething. Staff was great and very helpful. The room was great too .

Cons:

The property was in the middle of a remodel and there was Nonething to do on the property. Also , there was no food offered

La vista a la playa es preciosa

Cons:

El staff no fue servicial en lo absoluto, no había desayuno o cocina (como indicaba mi reservación). No había agua caliente en el baño. Éramos dos personas en la habitación y se nos dio 3 toallas, una de manos y dos de cuerpo, tuve que pedir toallas extras y no me dio la impresión que eran “de hotel”.

Pros:

el lugar muy bonito, staff muy amable. Nos trataron de hacer sentir lo mas cómodo posible. preciosas piscinas. cuando este listo el mirador será muy hermoso.

Cons:

tristemente no tenía cocina por lo tanto no se cumplió lo de desayuno incluido. Además estuvimos sin wifi durante la estadía.
