Appartement mal insonorisé/voisinage bruyant la nuit, appartement très peu équipé/mal équipé, séjour en mars pas de chauffage et pas d’eau chaude pendant toute la durée du séjour! Attention c’est systhematique sur ce logement ! L emplacement est assez éloigné du centre cependant une bouche de métro est en bas de l immeuble.
Séjour sombre pas de fenêtre mis à part dans les chambres.

La caldera no funcionaba, por lo que no nos pudimos duchar en todo el fin de semana y tampoco había calefacción (pasamos frío). Nadie lo solucionó. Televisor averiado y tampoco había gel ni champú.

There’s a coffee machine, but no coffee provided. We were two friends booked for four nights but got just two sachets of instant coffee. Only two small towels provided for the entire stay too. I noticed similar feedback in other comments so I’m surprised it hasn’t been taken on board. For the price, I think taking some extra care on providing the basics would have made a difference.

1.It was very noisy.We were able to get some sleep after 3,4 or even 5 in the morning.

2.When we arrived there were only 2 towels and one of them was dirty for 4 people!

3.The relation with the host was horrible.When we arrived we asked her to get us the extra towels that we needed and instead of finding solutions she asked me lots of unnecessary questions and it took her one day to get us the towels after trying to take money from us for the towels that we already needed.

4.We arrived early in the morning so we asked her if there is a possibility to get the apartment earlier which didn’t happen, but that was not the problem.When we arrived at 3pm the cleaning lady was finishing the cleaning but the door was dirty, as I already said there was 2 towels and one of them was dirty, the smell in the apartment was horrible we were obligated to leave the windows open for 30 minutes almost an hour for the smell to go away.

5.The instructions that we received were not clear at all.Thy were vague so we had to find our way.There was no picture or something to help us.

L’appartamento è molto freddo e il condizionatore non molto potente per scaldare, si sentono tantissimo i rumori degli altri appartamenti, una maniglia era rotta, il sapone delle mani quasi finito, poca carta igienica e lo staff non ha mai risposto a un mio messaggio.

El ascensor es estrecho

Very noisy, walls are paper thin and we heard the loud conversation of the woman next building (10 feet away) yapping to her boyfriend from 11 till midnight, the drunks on the street, the worker yelling "Paco!!!!!" At 5am both mornings, etc.
This was also difficult to find. A pic of the front door would have been helpful.

2 of our 3 night stay were quite noisy into the early morning hours with people in the other apartments. Earplugs helped fixed the problem.
The wifi didn't work - the network we were given wasn't even an option at the apartment, I reached out several times however kept recieving the same message back, that the wifi information was in the check-in instructions. This was frustrating & meant we had to pay for international roaming whilst staying.
