Un loc frumos unde se poate și mai bine
Pros:

Locație buna, OK pentru vacanțe cu copii, are un loc de joacă generos.

Cons:

Mâncarea a fost slab diversificată. Într-o seară am ajuns la 19:20 la cină, restaurantul având program până la 20:00 și am găsit puțină mâncare. Trebuie avută mai mare grijă la managementul bucătăriei.
O altă problemă este ca sunt puțini angajați care vorbesc limba engleză în special la bar și restaurant ceea ce face dificilă comunicarea.
Mobilierul este vechi, saltelele patului însă sunt confortabile.

Moc fajn rodinná pohoda
Pros:

Výborná poloha v klidné lokalitě s krásnými výhledy i mnoha možnostmi vyžití. Velmi ochotný personál, v hotelu klid, čisto, teplo i dobrá bufetová strava.

Cons:

Škoda, že nelze využívat hotelový průchod na bazén v sousedství, je nutné chodit venkem. Brzy snad bude mít hotel vlastní bazén...

Pekné prostredie, milý a ústretový personál,čisto a poriadok.Strava vynikajúca ,formou bufetov,pestrývýber od zeleniny a ovocia,,slovenské špeciality,varené jedlá.Maximálna spokojnosť.

Cons:

Camere murdare.
Serviciul de curățenie nu si-a făcut treaba pe tot intreg sejurul. Nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu a facut patul. Baia era murdara. Nu recomand. Aceeasi mancare timp de 3 zile.

Pros:

Ár érték arányban ennél talán nincs is jobb hely a Magas-Tátrában.
+ Gyönyörű kilátás a hegyekre, kedves és figyelmes személyzet az étteremben és a recepción is.
+ Az ételek mennyisége és minősége is átlagos, de mindenki szájízére főznek valamit, mi mindig jól tudtunk lakni.
+Viszonylag nagy játszótere van a gyerekek számára
+ a hotel előtt ingyenes a parkolás, ami mostanában már elég ritka
Akinek nincsenek túl nagy igényei, jól fogja magát érezni.

Cons:

A hotel főbejárata csak 22:00-ig van nyitva.

Vybavenie izby bolo obnovené Retro, nábytok čoto už pamätá.
Pros:

Raňajky, celkovo strava bola vynikajúca. Ako rodina sme boli s ubytovaním na hoteli celkovo spokojný.

Cons:

Problém pri platbe kartou, podarilo sa nám nakoniec úspešne vyriešiť.

Wycieczki po górach z bardzo komfortowym noclegiem.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania i korzystne warunki rozliczania obiadu i kolacji. Idealna lokalizacja do wyjścia w stronę Chaty pri zelenom pelse, krótki spacer do Tatrzańskiej Łomnicy. Z pokoju widok na popradzką równinę - przestrzeń, zieleń i powietrze.

Cons:

Podczas naszego pobytu w hotelu odbywały się obozy dla dzieci i młodzieży co generowało hałas. Podczas dokonywania rezerwacji nie było takiej informacji i to zasługuje na negatywną uwagę.
