Tem bastante potencial para ser algo melhor. Boa localização e staff extremamente simpático e prestável.

Infelizmente os lençóis da cama estavam completamente sujos, o quarto infestado de insetos e mosquitos.

Habe über booking.com gebucht und mich von den Bewertungen und(fake)Bildern blenden lassen. 4 Sterne?? Schon der Preis sollte stutzig machen! Zimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig, Wände fleckig und abgestosden, Möbel vom Sperrmüll mit abgebrochenen Beschlägen und fehlenden Schubladen, Schrank so verzogen, dass die Türen nicht schliessen, Safe defekt, im Bad am Boden alte Dübellöcher von früher montierten WCs. Immerhin: Bett bequem und A/C tadellos, aber Pool mit deutlichem Grünschimmer, Empfang nur sehr selten besetzt. Nach Abreise musste ich meine Kreditkarte sperren, weil jemand mit meiner Karte auf einer anderen Plattform erneut einen Aufenthalt in diesem Etablissement gebucht hat! Wer ausserhalb des Asian Grand Managements sollte Zugriff auf meine Kartendaten und ein Interesse an einer neuen Buchung haben? Kurz gesagt: ein Riesenreinfall! Schlaft am Strand, aber nicht in diesem Hotel!

V hotelu byl výpadek elektřiny, nefungovalo nic, personál se snažil najít poruchu, ale nepodařilo se. Spustili agregát, který běžel tak 2 hodiny, ale elektřina pouze v jednom pokoji ze tří. Bylo velké horko, bez elektřiny nefungovala klimatizace. Všude plno komárů. Měli jsme původně 2 noci ve třech pokojích. Po první noci stále nešla elektřina i když v okolí hotelu ano. Rozhodli jsme se pro druhou noc zvolit jiný hotel. Človek nazývaný jako šéf nám po telefonu odmítl vrátit již zaplacenou druhou noc a byl velice arogantní. Po pravdě jsem takové jednání ještě nezažil. A to jsme požadovali ferově pouze druhou noc, kterou jsme již v hotelu nestrávili. První noc s baterkou v telefonu na wc i do sprchy, ani snídani jsme neobdrželi. Nevím jestli šéfa udělá šťastným 100 dolarů, jež jsme požadovali za tři pokoje za jednu noc zpět? Ale v každém případě absolutně NEDOPORUČUJI

Piscine verte pas nettoyée pas filtrée même que le responsable nous le garantissait à 2reprises. Nous avions des fourmis partout dans la chambre. Une tv qui n'a jamais fonctionnée, un internet uniquement derrière la porte .
La première journée c'est tout juste pas normal que nous avions un petit déjeuner.

Hotel niet aan te raden

De kamer is redelijk comfortabel

Cons:

1. Je moest om handdoeken vragen. Die horen standaard in de kamer te liggen ..2. Management schreef me niet in. En Verstrekte, ondanks vragen, geen rekening. Was dus alles zwart geld voor ze. De airco was prima maar maakt veel te veel lawaai. Ontbijt veel te duur 2800 ruipia, niet genomen aan de overkant van de straat diverse plekken voor ontbijt voor 1200 rupia. Hotel niet aan te raden

All of them are very kind and always willing to support and help you with a big smile on their face! I will never thank them enough for they did for me ❤️

Cons:

The properties is very old and not clean.
Even the swimming pool…I did not have the courage to touch it because of the color and the many insects that were in there
