The properties is very old and not clean.
Even the swimming pool…I did not have the courage to touch it because of the color and the many insects that were in there
The staff were very nice and hospitable. Tried their best with the very limited resources at their disposal. Shame as this accommodation has a lot of potential to be great and an amazing stay with some renovations and deep clean.
Nothing worked due to power cut, apparently they have a generator but couldn't get it working, even when there was power, the wifi didnt reach the room but they bought us a data package which sadly didnt last the night. The fan was barely working, the ac had mould, the pillows were mouldy due to the ac which they replaced when asked. The walls were also very dirty. Ended up leaving after the first night and going elsewhere.

We had family room 6 bed was there Large bedroom with 2 bath room very cleen.
facilities was fine only thing was water pressure was very low in the bathroom.
we had all we needed staff was kind and helpful.
2 minutes to Beach and around meny option on the Street with Lot's of seafood restaurant.

There was big party on roof top that was noisey and Young gang was there i was bit worry was traveled with my family
Very dirty sheets and uncomfortable
Our flight arrived quite late and the hotel had been very helpful in arranging for a transfer for us. The hotel was a 20min drive from the airport and only a 2min walk from the beach. As a family of 5 looking for a short stay in Negombo the hotel suited us perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and served up a very generous breakfast including curry, roti, fresh juices, fruit, eggs and toast.
