We had a wonderful stay in La Fortuna.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with easy access to all the main nature activities in the area. The room was very comfortable, the pool was great, and we also appreciated having access to a shared kitchen and laundry facilities.

The breakfast was excellent. Although it is not a buffet, there were several options available and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Breakfast is served in the restaurant that is part of the hotel, where you can also have lunch or dinner.

What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and efficient. They were always ready to help and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

We felt very comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

- schöner Pool und tolle Aussicht auf den Vulkan
- viele Tiere im Garten gesehen
- man kann umsonst seine Wäsche waschen
- Wasserspender
- sehr freundlich beim Check in
- Frühstück im italienischen Restaurant nebenan sehr lecker

Cons:

- nur zwei Liegen am Pool
- Zimmer roch modrig
- Badezimmer hat keine Decke und keine richtige tür, eher unangenehm
- Internet im Zimmer sehr schlecht
- sehr Laute Straße ab 5 Uhr morgens

It was fine. Not fancy but certainly clean and a nice place to stay

Besonders gefallen hat uns das zuvorkommende Personal. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Hotel war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer Küche und einer Waschmaschiene welche gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden konnte.
Die Aussicht vom Pool auf den Vulkan war einzigartig.

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Dusche lies sich nichz warm stellen.

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Die Eigenschaften der Unterkunft stimmen mit Booking nicht überein. Der einzige Grund, dass wir diese Unterkunft gewählt haben war die Ladestation, die in Booking stand. Als wir ankamen hieß es, dass die Ladestation seit Dezember nicht funktioniert. Keiner war lösungsorientiert und als ich danach gefragt habe, ob wir wenigstens eine Verlängerungskabel bekommen und von irgendwo aus dann auch wenn langsam aber trotzdem laden können, hieß es auch wieder nein. Weder haben sie seit 5-6 Monaten die Ladestation repariert noch von Booking diese Eigenschaft korrigiert…
