The hotel staff does not have basic hospitality skills, the dining room is dirty and there is no breakfast 30 minutes after opening. The hotel requires urgent repairs and cleaning
The worst hotel ever, with bad service, location old furniture, smelly pillows, a toilet not working, poor breakfast.. no elevator .. not suitable for old people, and a high price ... no curtains... poor AC .. no blankets
The one thing I really liked about this hotel was the spaciousness of the room and bathroom—they were impressively large.
The overall maintenance of the property is quite poor. The window curtains were falling off the rod, and the quality of the breakfast was disappointing. If you arrive a bit late, several items may already be gone—this happened to me and other guests as well. On several occasions, the breakfast tables were not properly cleaned.
I interacted with two staff members during my stay—one was polite and helpful, while the other was rather cold and dismissive, showing little interest in addressing our concerns.
Location was good, the room was spacious
The furnishings were in a bad state, there was a hole on the bedroom door. The sofa's wood was all chipped away.
The room was unclean when we entered at check-in time. It got better when we came back as the staff must have cleaned it.
The AC was only in the area with the sofa, not in the bedroom. This was quite strange and the bedroom was hot because of that.
The water in the toilet was unavailable for 1 hour after we checked in.
One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had.

The hotel is old and dirty, and the bathroom is messy and uncomfortable. The worst thing is very NOISY, it seems like the walls are so thin that you can hear what is happening in other rooms, which was disgusting.
The Breakfast was just unexplainable, were given leftover cold salads for breakfast, that is it, coffee was powdered,d untasty something, a sandy thing.
