I loved the calm service, we were left alone to enjoy the facilities without being over served. The grounds are beautiful. Snorkeling right from the grounds was a bonus. We found the breakfast and service at breakfast excellent.

The location is great right in the middle of the main city of Cozumel. Plenty to do that's only a short walk away. The turtles in the seating area beyond the lobby were really nice to see each day.
The first room we had was immediately next to the lobby and it was very noisy, even at night. We were told that lights were turned off and staff was instructed to be quiet past 10pm, but this turned out not be true. Lights were on until midnight and conversation continued in the lobby until around the same time, and even after that the staff seemed to be fond of playing a mix of 90s and 00s pop music well into the 1am hour. We raised this to the front desk the next day and were told we could change rooms, but at an additional fee -- even though the new room was the same type as what we originally booked. We reluctantly took the change.
Location in room were awesome
The decor in the lobby and the outside garden. It was relatively inexpensive.
My room was separate from the hotel proper. I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to my room-no elevator. However, I did like the fact that it was secluded.
La posizione è centralissima, 3 minuti a piedi dal molo Ultramar, c’è una terrazza dove poter fare colazione molto carina, le camere sono grandi e pulite, l’aria condizionata funziona bene, i letti sono comodi
Stavano facendo dei lavori all’impianto di scarico, quindi abbiamo avuto dei problemi idraulici che però il personale ha prontamente risolto in poco tempo
It was unique with the antiques and a beautiful courtyard.
The only thing I wish it had was a plunge pool. It’s a bit away from a public beach or beach club.

The turtles were very cute! We fed them daily. Good value for the price.
The room had humidity issues and we had ants biting us during couple of nights. Some of the staff were not very friendly.
Hôtel très classique et bien pour une nuit. Petit patio pour se poser. Très central, donc tout le nécessaire à proximité (notamment le club de plongée Grand Cozumel). Très calme une fois la nuit tombée.
Un peu cher.
