Beautiful hotel and design. It felt like we were in a beautiful Sand Castle.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, loved the design and the room was very comfortable. No complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Online it said there was a mini bar and there wasn’t. Otherwise all good

no hard no .. loud and buzzing constant noise
Pros:

unbelievably noisy loud crazy. the location turned out to be a downtown party zone but not only that the room at the top was directly 15 ft across from another hotel with a rooftop party restaurant. loud music. and enormous kitchen exhaust fan..with a buzz. also a buzz from large air con above bed. then 3 restaurants played music simultaneous ly. law is till 10 but they all play till 1230 am. then the street dogs start barking as people walk home. then I heard people having sex at 230 then the roosters started at 430. I called bookjng.com at 500 am and left. still waiting for my 1000 usd refund.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Es un hotel que se siente muy limpio y acogedor, tiene acabados al nivel de otros hoteles mucho más caros en punta zicatela y mi estancia fue muy cómoda. Sí me volvería a hospedar ahí la próxima vez.

Cons:

Se encuentra a un par de cuadras de la zona de restaurantes, donde hay algunas construcciones (marzo 2026), y me tocó que pasaran varios camiones haciendo ruido. Además, la luz del cuarto es muy tenue, cosa que a mí me incomodó un poco pero puede ser que le dé un toque más zen al lugar.

Sin embargo, a pesar de estos comentarios me parece que la relación calidad-precio ahora es muy buena.

Beautiful architecture, nice staff, nice rooms, extremely noisy (you can’t sleep)
Pros:

The architecture (designed by a famous Mexican architect, Alberto Kalach) and location are amazing! Beautiful décor, comfortable bed, bathrooms. Nice pool, not very functional but it is pretty.


We stayed in the room called Iguana, which has a great balcony overlooking the ocean and offers beautiful sunsets. The rooms are very spacious.

Staff are really really nice and attentive! The lady working the night shift is EXCEPTIONAL

Cons:

The hotel rooms do not have soundproof doors or windows; everything is open to the exterior, making it extremely hard to sleep. You can hear parties all night long, dogs barking, roosters at 4 a.m., and construction next door starting at 7 a.m (noise and dust). BRING EARPLUGS!

Even though we were staying at the top of the building in the room Iguana, we were unable to sleep for three days.

It was a short stay so the novelty of the place compensated for the noise at night
Pros:

The design was of the hotel was beautiful

Cons:

It lacked functionality. The lights were too dim to be able to see and the lack of glass window ( it was a wooden shutter - beautiful in concept if you’re at a place that has zero traffic and insects). The hotel is at a high traffic area so the motorcycle and truck noises along with petrol fumes weren’t too relaxing at night. It did die down around 1ish so if you’re out all night this would be fine. Also WiFi was almost nonexistent. C

Pros:

Great location and well designed room with good air conditioning and hot water/pressure.

Cons:

There is no soundproofing and the street outside is extremely noisy (due to construction and a hill that trucks/motos have to climb). It is very noisy in the morning and it is likely to wake you up even with ear plugs.

El hotel era muy cómodo, con un diseño lindo, y la ubicación perfecta, a solo una cuadra de todos los restaurantes, caminando a la playa.

Cons:

Había dos obras y un taller de motos al lado; se escuchaba mucho ruido, por lo que no dormimos bien.

Great boutique hotel by the beach and La Punta town
Pros:

Well designed property with comfortable rooms, close to all the action but also tucked away, very friendly staff

Cons:

The noice levels-l suggest providing ear plugs and also glass doors for the balcony to mitigate this. Additionally providing basic facilities like filtered water, tea/coffee provisions in each room, shower gel, body lotion given the price point.

Simply a gem of hotel
Pros:

This hotel is simply a gem.
It is built like a castle with an old-world atmosphere, yet the facilities are modern and high-quality.
The hotel staff is truly wonderful—very attentive and always doing everything with a smile.
Xochi, Cesar, and Brisa — you are amazing.
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of La Punta, close to bars and restaurants,
and within walking distance to La Punta surf beach.
The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.
It's wonderful that the shower is open-air under the sky, and the view from the balcony is the cherry on top.
We will definitely return again.

Este hotel es simplemente una joya.
Está construido como un castillo, con un ambiente de época, pero al mismo tiempo con instalaciones modernas y de alta calidad.
El personal del hotel es realmente maravilloso, muy atento y siempre haciendo todo con una sonrisa.
Xochi, César y Brisa, son increíbles.
El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, justo en el centro de La Punta, cerca de bares y restaurantes,
y a poca distancia caminando de la playa de surf La Punta.
Sin duda volveremos otra vez.

Pra quem ama arquitetura é o lugar certo
Pros:

Eu reservei por causa da arquitetura e realmente era tudo incrível, belíssimo , os detalhes na porta da varanda, a luz baixa e indireta, a arquitetura é perfeita!

Cons:

Apesar de me ser informado que a água esquentaria após um tempo aberta, nas duas primeiras noites ela não aqueceu, como é uma cidade quente não foi um sofrimento tomar banho com a água em temperatura ambiente, mas no inverno não sei se seria agradável. Um outro fator que não gostamos foi o barulho durante a noite e madrugada, não tem como o hotel decidir quem passa ou não durante a noite mas ficamos no primeiro andar e dava pra escutar todos os carros, caminhões e até carroças, que passavam para quem tem um sono leve ou que não consegue dormir com barulho não é uma boa opção. Nós amamos o hotel e relevamos o barulho mas é um alerta para quem tem sono leve. Um outro ponto é que pelo valor poderia ter café da manhã iria elevar a experiência, mas só se o valor permanecesse o mesmo se aumentasse o valor da diária para ter café da manhã acho que não valeria a pena.
