Welcoming, comfortable room and fantastic friendly staff. We can definitely recommend!
Pros:

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Comfy bed, great shower, lovely toiletries, fresh milk and home made snacks. Staff service was first class all the staff going the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing!

Pros:

Beautiful and very comfortable room and great to have the option of sofa bed for my friend . Lovely welcoming staff a nice menu. Huge breakfast!

Cons:

Phone signal not great but not a problem until the taxi driver needed to get hold of us!

Annette and Paul perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble. Food and presentation 100%

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, only slight problem was internet not perfect, but that was nobody’s fault

Cons:

The view from the window isn’t the prettiest as it looks out into a street with houses across the road. But that is the only fault.

Location great, very quiet. Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast wonderful

Cons:

The room though comfy and clean, did not have a table or chair. Lovely but 'compact'! Some coat hooks would also have been useful. Having said that we were only staying for 1 night. We would book again.

Fab stop allowing easy access to the northern New Forest
Pros:

Such a friendly place.The owners an staff very welcoming and good fun! It was quiet and therefore nice to sit and eat in the garden. The food was excellent, dinner and breakfast.
