Nisshin Namba Inn

The hotel was very well located, close to Namba Station, convenience stores, and the Namba Yasaka Shrine, all within walking distance.

It was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Japan. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom, both of excellent quality.

The staff were extremely attentive and polite; I have never been so well treated in a hotel, with such kindness and hospitality. I even received a skincare gift upon arrival. The amenities are of outstanding quality.

Foi um dos melhores hotéis em que fiquei no Japão. O café da manhã estava excelente, tudo muito saboroso. O quarto era superlimpo e o banheiro, impecável. Gostei muito do shampoo e do condicionador disponíveis no banheiro, ambos de excelente qualidade.

Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e educados; nunca fui tão bem tratada em um hotel, com tanta cordialidade. Ainda ganhei um presente de skincare na chegada. As amenities são de qualidade excepcional.

I chose this hotel firstly for its location: walking distance to Namba/Dotonbori and Den-Den Town/Shinsekai, easy transfer from/to KIX with Nankai Airport Express, easy transfer from/to Nara with Kintetsu line, quite easy transfer from/to Kyoto with JR Kobe line. That already justifies staying in this hotel! I highly enjoyed the comfort of the room. It was freezing outside and so warm inside. The staff are very gentle, thanks Google Translate for the communication! Breakfast is included. It's rare. You'll have wrapped cakes that you would find in konbinis, and coffee/tea/orange juice. If you prefer a salted breakfast, you can skip it and go to Matsuya for ex. There are convenient dining options in the direct vicinity, away from tourists: Mugen Ramen, Kura Sushi, CoCo Ichibanya... This hotel definitely offers a great compromise for a great stay in Osaka :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Nissin Namba Hotel.
The room was spacious and cozy, with many amenities and the bed was comfortable.
We also had a small but good breakfast included in the price.
The location is great, close to Namba area and the lively Dotombori district.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel gave my partner a little gift whivh we chevked in, which she loved, made it feel very personal and was a very warm welcome.

This hotel was in a great location as there is a temple down the street and the main train station in about a 10 min walk. There is local malls, and you can go to the running man walking, its about 20ish minutes from the hotel. There is a Lawson just at the corner from the hotel, so it's good for late-night snacks. The only thing was the bed as it was not as comfortable as other hotels around Japan. It was much bigger than other hotels and even had a balcony. That was something I enjoyed in the mornings or the afternoons to watch the sunset. They also don't provide essential toiletries, other than shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and of course, towels.
