Pros:

Viaggio tra amiche.
Nella nostra esperienza, l’hotel migliore in cui siamo state.
Stanza spaziosa per i canoni giapponesi e con due letti singoli abbastanza grandi.
Disponibilità di prodotti bagno, accappatoi e ciabatte.
Tè e caffè da poter fare in camera.
Colazione inclusa buona!
Anche la posizione buona e ben collegata.
Decisamente consigliato!

Pros:

Walkable to everything we wanted to do in Osaka or at least near a station or bus. Very nice rooms that were very spacious.

Good value, great location
Pros:

Terrific location, walking distance towards Namba. Clean and remarkably large (for Japan) room; comfy too.

Cons:

Within range of loud sirens from emergency services on the high street. Paper-thin walls too; I could hear my neighbour’s tv and loud snoring.

Pros:

Great room, so much space, with a small kitchen and microwave in the room (first hotel which offer this).
Very good bed
Bath enough space.
More the enough storage space
Breakfast (do not expect much) but good cafe and croissant.
Nothing really missing.

Cons:

On my 5 weeks tour one of the places where I have nothing negative to comment.

If I ever return to Osaka, I will surely stay here again.
Pros:

The location is very good, the staff is very helpful and nice and the hotel itself is very good for the price. The building itself is a bit older but everything is there what is needed.

Pros:

お部屋が広く、掃除も丁寧にされているのを感じました。無料朝食も、パン、コーヒーの他に、ヨーグルト、牛乳、ジュースなど用意されており、十分満足できました。

Cons:

エレベーターを使われる掃除の方が入った時も、出る時も何も挨拶されず、こちら側が「すみません」と先に降り、変な感じでした。また、宿泊代金が以前より、高くなっており、残念でした。

Totally recommended if you are not picky about the smells.
Pros:

Convenient location. Helpful staff. A lot of coin washers and dryers. Very basic breakfast.

Cons:

My first room had a distinct smell of mold inside the room and bathroom, I had to ask for a room change. Please resolve the mold problem, this hotel could perfect with that issue resolved. I really would like to stay there again but I’m afraid to get the moldy room.
