Friendly staff and location was good however cleanliness could be improved
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Offered umbrellas as it was raining.

Cons:

Quite dated. Bathroom had a smell to it and wasn’t particularly clean, could see used soap bars left in the shower.

Pros:

We loved how friendly the staff are. The room is clean, the location was very good. We stayed for two nights which is enough for the room we booked.
Breakfast is quite good.

Cons:

The room looks a little old.
There was a little kitchen but no utensils.

Reasonable price for great location.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel twice. Great location near to Namba but on the quite street. Complementary coffee and pastries breakfast. They also gave us small present with facial masks. Price is very reasonable.
