Pros:

Great value for money. Good location. Staff very helpful. A bit noisy outside in the evening but earplugs are provided, which do the trick. Futon beds are OK but some may find uncomfortable. Overall, great stay. Common washer (and I believe dryer) but I used Wash and Fold nearby at (¥900l/lload), which was great. Thank you.

Perfect Fit!
Pros:

Great location. Superb facilities. Our room was a lovely replica of a Ryokan.
