Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean

Cons:

This is a quiet and beautiful resort. The maintenance of the bathroom was not good.
Pros:

The swimming pool is great. The manager was good.

Pros:

Service was very good. Had a nice stay. Would love to visit again. Pet friendly. Beach is also very clean, have some shacks on beach to enjoy. Rides are available. Restaurant is bit pricey though but food quality nd taste is Awesome!

Loved every moment here
Pros:

Located on the mandarmani beach, we had a pleasant stay in this resort. The in house restaurant serves most of the dishes on the menu, their behaviour is cordial and the swimming pool is neat and clean. We stayed in the rooms, which was clean, tidy with all the amenities provided

Pros:

Spent our 3rd anniversary there. Staffs were really good. Roni was assigned to us to take care of our needs. He did an excellent job. Good food, good mood!

Average stay, will not visit a second time
Pros:

Breakfast was average, but the resort was charging us for the tea given to us stating that food was complimentary but not tea. We objected to the same and told them that this was not appreciated then they waived the tea charges. But this shows how unethical they are.

Cons:

They did not give us towels, the toilet seat was missing, food quality was below average.

Commitment for 2 bed,given 1 bed,all night no AC working,full night wondering from room to room then 5 am get the and staff knock door at 9 am to vacant..we complain to hotel management they offer 250 Rs discount as compansation to us..its like all bills what we are paying is nothing infront of 250 Ruppes..even i decided not to use booking.com in feture for any booking in anywhere.manager says talk to they who booked not to us
.you people take much comission to shettel all this.

Food:7 star quality and price 5star..we ordered food on 9.00pm and get 1.30 am at midnight after calling several time.

I think bengal tourisim department must aknolowgment them for their serviece in all over the westbengal.

When i ask for my another bed,they advice me to sleep at floor with a chatai.Delux room with exyra large faculity..

Lastly it conclude that Booking.com awere.

Best staycation ever
Pros:

We had an amazing stay. The food exceeded our expectation especially the tandoor pamphlet. The swimming pool was a highlight, clean and inviting, and we love that it was open late. The deluxe room was cosy and will furnished and we appreciated the prompt service.

Could have been even better if blankets had covers and electric kettle provided..
