I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Chaweng, Koh Samui, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles, professionalism, and willingness to help at any time. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants, arranging transport, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their service was outstanding and truly made a difference.
The location is another huge highlight. Situated in the heart of Chaweng, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach, nightlife, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Despite being so central, the hotel still feels calm and relaxing, providing a great balance between convenience and comfort.
Cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, fresh, and very well maintained, with daily housekeeping done to a high standard. Common areas were equally spotless, which added to the overall sense of comfort and care throughout the property.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a prime location, and exceptional service. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chaweng or Koh Samui in general

It was okay..
Pros:

The room was big not far from Center easy going place and they have a pool to play any time of the day

Cons:

I stayed 3 nights they don’t do room service like other hotels they just leave 2 bottle of water outside from your room they don’t do any cleaning or bed changes like is 35 degrees people are sweating..

nahe am Zentrum, relativ ruhig und einfach. pool sauber. jeden Tag 2 Wasser vor die Tür gestellt.

La ubicación y la piscina

Cons:

La habitación no estaba lista en el horario que nos dijeron que deberíamos ingresar. Entro y estaba sucia y usada. Y no había agua caliente. Lo resolvieron pero me tuve que bañar un día con agua fría.

Lovely accommodation! Would stay again
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable! Central Chaweng is just a 10 minute walk away and we could sleep peacefully at night as there was no loud music. The staff were wonderful and very helpful! Highly recommend!
