All is good and exceptional
Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Beirut.
The Wi-Fi could be a bit faster and more stable at times, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.

Vores ophold på hotellet som familie var helt fantastisk, og vi følte os velkomne og godt tilpas fra det øjeblik, vi ankom, til vi rejste. Værelset var rent, komfortabelt og velholdt, og rengøringsstandarden var fremragende under hele opholdet. Hotellets rolige atmosfære gjorde det desuden særligt velegnet til familier.
Hotellets beliggenhed er også fremragende. Det ligger kun få meter fra Raouché-klippen, hvilket gør det nemt at besøge nogle af Beiruts mest kendte seværdigheder og nyde en gåtur langs strandpromenaden.
Det, der virkelig gjorde vores ophold særligt, var den professionelle og venlige service fra hele personalet – især fru Lubna, som altid var imødekommende, smilende og meget hjælpsom. Hun sørgede for, at alle vores behov blev opfyldt med stor respekt og omtanke.
Alt i alt var det en fremragende oplevelse. Vi vil gerne takke hotellets ledelse og hele personalet for deres gæstfrihed og omsorg. Vi vil uden tvivl vælge dette hotel igen ved vores næste besøg og kan varmt anbefale det til alle, der søger et komfortabelt ophold med service i topklasse.
