Pros:

Room cleanliness was exceptional , as well as the bathroom.
Hotel was kind enough to offer free water and tea also.
Hot water available at all times and ac was working.
Special thanks to receptionist Mahmoud for his help throughout our stay and making sure everything was taken care of, also Ahmad the bellboy for being so attentive and helpful.
Overall, great stay and will be coming back soon.

Cons:

Hotel was undergoing maintenance and renovation so they started work very early and the noise was disturbing.
