Гостиница хорошая, завтраки вкусные, сытные, голодными не останетесь, в номерах убираются каждый день, гостиница имеет хорошее расположение, вблизи магазины, кафе,рестораны, рядом станция 28 мая, с которой можно добраться в любую точку города.

Во первых отель пл моему приезду был на ремонте Представьте ты приезжаешь рано утром и сиалкиваешься с ситуацией что отеля нет!!! Долго стояла смотрела внутри идет ремонт полутьма никого нет, потом решила дверь открыть стала звать если кто тут вышел парень и говорит ну у нас ремонт но комнаты наверху есть. Что-либо решать в 6 утра было невозможно. Дал комнату как конура. Номер грязный постель потрепанная весь обкуренный. На завтрак даже не пошла так как там где завтрак шёл ремонт. Не ужели нельзя было на время ремонта не брать клиентов из боулинга. В мой отъезд приехала группа иностранных туристов и на английском между собой говорили но на фото же не так выглядел отель. Мне их жалко стало........

Resepsiyonda Muti ile şarkı söyleyen 'Bloody' vardı. Kendisi çok ilgilendi sağolsun. Hürmetli, saygılı ve ilgili. Diğer çalışanlarda oldukça müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak çalışıyor. Otelde yenilenme çalışmaları var, güzel tasarım yapılıyor. Kahvaltı içerik olarak zengin. Her sabah rahat ortamda karnınızı doyurabilirsiniz. Araç ile gelenler için park yeri mevcut. Fiyat/performans olarak oldukça makul. Valizinizin kilosunu tartmak için tartı bile koymuşlar. Hizmetler için teşekkürler
