Pros:

it's just a regular hotel with another regular room spacious and good decorated

Cons:

The service was poor they didn't clean the room for two days I had to go to the Reception to complain because calling them on the phone, it's not working

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und sauber! Sehr empfehlenswert!!! 😀 Ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs!

Cons:

Leichter die Lage des Hotels im Messebereich liegt. Ist die Anreise in die Altstadt etwas schwieriger bzw. mit dem Bus machbar.

Great stay, with comfortable rooms, facilities & welcoming & helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful staff & excellent facilities - the pool was a great way to cool off after a days hiking / exploring the city

Cons:

Unlike previous hotels in the area, they didn’t issue a Sudtirol pass for guests
