Bamberg war toll und die Unterkunft werde ich nicht mehr buchen

Die Lage

Cons:

Zimmer war Eiskaltt. Wir haben versucht mit 2 Lüftern es warm zu halten, aber bei den Temperaturen echt eine Zumutung. Auf bitte nach Decken, wurde uns nur ein weiter kleiner Heizlüfter ins Zimmer gestellt. Sonst kam nix vom Personal....

Top Lage, laut, sauber, kein Frühstück, freundliches, aber nicht unbedingt kompetentes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war top, aber ziemlich laut, bis morgens um 2:00 Uhr. Frühstück war nicht dabei, insofern war der Preis auch relativ hoch.
Die Fenster sind kaum Schall isoliert

Cons:

Keine Schall isolierten Fenster.
Es gibt keine Rezeption im eigentlichen Sinn, und das Personal war zwar freundlich und bemüht, aber nicht unbedingt kompetent.

Heizung funktionierte nicht, es war eiskalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Es gab einen Kaffee- und Tee-Zubereiter (mit 5 Kaffee-Kapseln) auf dem Zimmer. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt, um die Ecke des alten Rathauses. Ich war selbst erstaunt, als wir plötzlich schon davor standen.
Der Check-In war problemlos mit dem Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Wir konnten sogar einige Stunden früher in das Zimmer.
Der Kontakt über SMS war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Am schlimmsten fanden wir die eisige Kälte (gefühlt 12 Grad), als wir ankamen. Da wir am Silvester-Morgen bereits über 3 Stunden Bahnfahrt hinter uns hatten und die Heizung in der Bahn nicht funktionierte, waren wir nach dem Marsch durch die Stadt völlig durchgefroren. Im Dach-Zimmer angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass die Heizung nicht richtig funktionierte. Dafür stand bereits ein Heizlüfter direkt am Bett (nicht eingeschaltet). Es dauerte Stunden, bis das Zimmer endlich warm war. Morgens vorm Duschen haben wir den Heizlüfter erstmal 30 min vorher ins Bad gestellt, da auch dort die Heizung nicht funktionierte.

Beim Fernseher muss man bis Kanal 120/130 schalten, da kein HD vorhanden ist.

Für eine Nacht in einer (zunächst) kalten Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück finde ich fast 150€ definitiv zu viel. Auch wenn die Lage perfekt war, um Silvester in Bamberg zu feiern. Zu anderen Jahreszeiten ist die Wohnung aber sicherlich perfekt!

Очень понравилось расположение. В номере было число и был кофе на завтрак!)

Cons:

В номере и душе было очень холодно, в номере был электрический обогреватель, но он особо не спасает. Ещё очень не понравилось, что мне не прислали код от замка и я должен был сам догадаться, обратиться в ресторан внизу, чтобы забрать мои ключи (они объяснили это отсутствием интернета, но звучало это -"нам всё равно, главное, что вы заплатили за номер!"), отношение к гостям не удовлетворительные!
