A must stay
Pros:

The staff was fantastic, everything was perfect for Porto
The only thing (not a negative) that might put off people is that right next to the hotel is Palacio de Cristal, which has peacocks and roosters...so quite early in the morning one can hear a rooster and a hoarse husky (peacock)

Estadia fantástica e é para repetir
Pros:

A localização é excecional com vistas para o Douro, muito sossegada e com zonas de lazer por perto.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e sempre prontos para resolver qualquer situação.
As condições do quarto muito boas, com camas confortáveis, limpeza top. Nos dia do aniversário da minha mulher, brindaram-nos com uma garrafa de champanhe e um pequeno bolo de aniversário que deixaram no quarto.

É um excelente hotel situado numa zona fantástica para quem vai assistir a um concerto no Super Bock Arena. O pequeno almoço é extraordinário, com muita variedade. 5 estrelas como a categoria do hotel.

Pros:

La prestation, chambre irréprochable avec des petites attentions le soir, la qualité du petit déjeuner, la décoration moderne de l'hôtel, l'accueil ...

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient trop épais, il y en avait 2 mais tous les 2 aussi épais dommage.
Ça aurait été bien d'avoir une douche à la sortie du hammam et sauna, mais autrement c'était parfait
