One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds all over
Pros:

Close to marina and to town. Staff were lovely but ineffective and often not around.

Cons:

Fridge did not work and bathroom plumbing leaked (the basin waste pipe sprayed on the floor). When I reported the issues I was told they would be fixed. I followed up later and told again they would be fixed. It was never fixed.
The room was very, very dirty.
The mosque next door is ridiculously loud. I lived in the Middle East for 7 years. I’ve never heard anything this loud. You cannot sleep when they start at 430am and go for the whole morning.

Pros:

The breakfasts are very good. Restaurant and kitchen staff are very pleasant. Bed linen was clean and beds quite comfortable.

Cons:

A worn look. Holes in the wall, one light fixture and switches hanging. Room and sink not cleaned properly.

Superb
Pros:

Nice place next to the sea, very peaceful. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is included, and although it's not a buffet, there is still a good choice of food.

Cons:

There isn't any stores or anything within walking distance, you need to have your own motorcycle/car to get around.

Pros:

Very helpful Adi Lukman and kind staff. Food was good. Site beautiful. Interesting sailors to meet at the Marina. Wifi ok. Very close to port for Gili Islands.

Cons:

Not always easy to find the staff to communicate. Food could be even better. Dogs a bit pushy in the restaurant and near the rooms.

Pros:

Security on gate, clean room, Reno bakery pizza good if looking for food

Cons:

Location not great not much around for food etc… walked to nearby beach which had lots of shacks which were all run down and not in use anymore and seemed to have shut down which is a shame as has good potential.

Okay but Can’t use a card machine
Pros:

Restaurants and breakfast were lovely waiting staff were lovely too .hot showers and location good

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest and one night there was music that was very loud buy another couple of guest until 4.20 in the morning . I went to pay and they tried to charge me more than I was suppose to be paying as they were typing it wrong on the card machine and then was telling me I was wrong and that I didint have enough money the number they were typing was 803000000 . So I said can we use the restaurant card machine as it worked there last night and she then put the amount in properly which was 803000 . They nearly charged me £39593 when I was only supposed to be paying £39.59 and that why our card was declining the amount as we caped and and thank god as if we didn’t they would be paying a lot back . So staff need to be trained in card machine . No one said sorry to me and was laughing calling me coocoo . Like I said restaurant staff were brilliant .
