Pros:

Buffet breakfast was terrific. The property was clean and well located - just a block from the train station and very close to shopping.

Cons:

There is no onsen, but the room was spacious and had a comfortable tub.

3回目の宿泊です。
前回に提出したホテルへの感想文を反映して、部屋を用意された気がしました。ロビーも広く、カフェもひろくて、快適です。天井がとても高いです

There is a reason to be a repeater at this hotel.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times and it is still as clean as when it was first opened. In particular the room, bathroom and the hallway is very well maintained. There is no excessive deodorizing/ detergent smell on linens and towels. The heating/ cooling system also did not smell of mold and is quiet when operating. There is a good quality air filter in each room. Breakfast also has a good selection of simple Japanese and western items.

Cons:

If more warm bakery items and pastries are added (Kobe being famous for bakery items), that would make the breakfast selection perfect.

気持ちが良いホテル
Pros:

清潔、親切、絨毯も綺麗
下のカフェエも広々。宿泊者は無料で、コーヒー、紅茶、お菓子が、食べれます。隣の物音が一切聞こえない。身体が不自由なので、避難する時に、窓から、でやすい側に、用意してくださった。カフェのハンバーガー有料ですが、とても美味しい。朝食も、バイキングスタイルで、種類がとても多い。不自由な身体なので、お願いしたら、嫌な顔をせず、手伝ってくださった。感謝です。神戸は、ここがオススメと、皆に宣伝しています。Bookingコムさんで、お得に宿泊できたら、又泊まりに行きたいです。障害者用の部屋でなかったので、浴槽内の椅子をかしてくださった。以前、障害者用の部屋に宿泊、素晴らしいです。

障害者には、お風呂が深すぎて、踏み台が必要。
