Good stay; bathroom could be more spacious; need a big mirror towards the front of the room.

Bathroom too small. Need more space. Didn’t have a soap holder. Need a full size mirror close to the entrance of the room.

Good stay
Pros:

The staff is friendly, especially Mr. Immanuvel from the reception desk. When I made the booking, he immediately messaged me to confirm the room. It was my first time seeing a small bottle of coconut oil provided, which is a great idea for guests. Arrived at night and stayed for a day. Would like to stay for few days and explore Trichy. This is second time staying in this hotel.

Horrible, Worst, not at all worth the money. Booking.com should remove this hotel and booking.com should not cheat.
Pros:

Nothing. Costlier than Taj Vivanta, but worst hotel at exorbitant rates. For two rooms we paid Rs 22000 without complimentary breakfast. Booking.com made huge money, since at hotel the rates are 50% cheaper. Big organization like booking.com should not cheat its regular customers.
