Dreadful stay, rude staff, dirty rundown rooms and no working pool.
Pros:

Actually nothing - arrived late at night tried to fob us off with a filthy room in a defunct wing. No apology, no swimming pool. Awful place.

Don't stay here unless attending an event.

Close to the airport.

Cons:

It's an event venue. We were in an annex - no restaurant, no pool, loud music until 1am, small pieces of hard debris on mattress under the sheet, holes in the duvet cover, awoken by the front desk at midnight asking for payment, had to pay cash for room service, very grand & posh exterior to the main hotel but tired and shabby rooms.

Perfect for one night close to the airport
Pros:

I liked the room. Friendly and supportive staff. Nice swimming pool. Perfect location if u want to be close to the airport.

Cons:

it was difficult to communicate with staff because they didn't speak fluent English. It is a hotel focused on big events such as conferences or weddings but it didn't affect our stay.
