非の打ち所がない
Pros:

サイトからの予約時、間違えて喫煙で予約していたようで、フロントで禁煙の部屋に変えてもらう際に、一旦サイトでキャンセルしてくださいと言われましたがキャンセル料かかりますよね？と聞いたらかかりませんとの事でその場でサイトをキャンセルしました。その後、直で予約取り直しができました。いささか高くはなりましたが、何はともあれ無事に禁煙の部屋が取れて安堵しました。ご対応ありがとうございました。またホテルも綺麗で部屋も広くゆったりできました。朝食も美味しすぎて食べすぎました

大浴場があり、広々とゆっくりお風呂に浸かれたことがよかった

Cons:

ベッドのクッションが悪くびっくりした。

Very good facility and staff, but that bed length may pause my return.
Pros:

Easy access to transport, friendly staff, included breakfast was far better than most offerings I’ve had.

Cons:

The bed was standard length - not a problem for the average Japanese person, but if you’re 6ft or taller like me, you may struggle at night.
