Pros:

Ребята очень старались угодить. Недалеко от метро. Никто не беспокоил. В соотношении цена-качество очень не плохо, 5 звезд не ждали, поэтому, в целом всё хорошо.

Cons:

Дорога к метро в горку (хорошую горку)), заселили в другой номер, просто молча, выяснять не стали, тк очень утомила дорога. Нет вывески гостиницы, пришлось поискать ресепшн. В номере плоховато убрались, но этим грешат практически все гостиницы Турции.

À côté de taksim et le personnel gentil

Cons:

Cafards dans la cuisine C’était sale ça sent trop mauvais les canalisations bruit toute la nuit on n’a jamais fait le ménage en deux semaines et attention ils vous donnent jamais la chambre que vous avez réservé ils m’ont donné une chambre au 5eme sans ascenseur trop vielle qui sent les égouts !! Fuyez + un jour quelqu’un a ouvert ma porte et ça m’a trop fait peur c’était horrible

Расположение отеля удобное, персонал хороший

Cons:

Комната очень маленькая, в комнате был таракан большой. Мы оставались 7 дней. Только один раз был таракан. Сообщили персоналу. Они предложили поменять номер или сделать заново уборку. Номер старый. Ванна более менее.

Great value for money. There is no physical reception, but Ramazan, who takes care of reception matters, is extremely friendly, helpful, and capable of solving any issue you may have. You can feel completely at ease because he is always available and ready to help like a friend.

As I mentioned, the price–performance ratio is very good. The location is also excellent—very convenient and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ich würde dieses Apartment nicht mehr buchen obwohl der Preis sehr attraktiv war.

Die Lage war sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Cons:

Ich hatte das Aparment im letzen Stockwerk. Die Möbel waren alt und teilweise waren die Griffe abgebrochen. Solche Möbel hätte ich eher auf dem Sperrmüll erwartet. Insbesondere war das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Türen der Schränke waren kaputt. Die Türe der Duschkabine war kaputt und ließ sich nicht ganz schließen. Der Lattenrost im Bett war auf der unteren Seite gebrochen. Die Fotos der anderen Apartments spiegelten nicht die Realität meines Apartments wieder.

Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich schwierig da die Mitarbeiter nur türkisch gesprochen haben.

Très mauvais expérience, je suis vraiment déçu de cette hébergement

La chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation
Alors que sur notre réservation nous avons une chambre avec balcon
Il nous ont coupé l’électricité pour nous changer de chambre et nous donner une chambre dans les combles
Il nous ont laissé avec nos valises dans le couloir pendant 4 heures
