Pros:

附有簡單的烹煮設備(微波爐，冰箱，熱水瓶，電磁爐)及簡物餐具，在連續住多日，很有幫忙。
住宿點算非常住宅區，很安靜只剩旁邊鐵路音

Cleanm comfortable and really convenient
Pros:

The location is excellent, just 10 min walk from Kyoto station an across the road from Aeon mall which has an excellent supermarket and food court. The bests are full western style doubles so were able to comfortably sleep 2 people. It is right near a rail track so there is a little bit of noise at night but it didn't stop anyone from sleeping. There is a coin washer and dryer in the building and we used the self storage luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel is quite new and really clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Tenía de todo y bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena cerca a la estación de Kioto, tenía de todo, estar cerca a las vías de tren no fueron problema, tenía lavadora y secadora compartida aunque la secadora no secaba bien pudimos secar la ropa en la ducha porque tenía lavadora opcional de secado de ropa y eso fue muy práctico y genial. Nos recibieron las maletas que enviamos desde otra ciudad y nos guardaron el equipaje, eso fue muy bueno y lo agradecemos mucho.
Lo recomiendo. Nosotros fuimos dos adultos y dos niños.

Cons:

La calefacción de la habitación era demasiado fuerte y teníamos que apagarla pero pudimos arreglarnos sin problema, este inconveniente fue compensado por el resto de cosas buenas que tuvo este alojamiento.

Family friendly accomodation in Kyoto, close many great places to eat and drink.
Pros:

Great location, just 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station
Lots of small izakayas in the surrounding streets, and close proximity to eateries at Kyoto Station and Kyoto Tower.
Very convenient location for families
Rooms were a bit small but nothing out of ordinary for Japan.

Cons:

Close proximity to train line however if windows/doors kept closed then didn’t notice trains passing. Not much of a complaint, but just something to share.

Exceptional all round
Pros:

Location of this hotel is amazing, less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff, very clean and tidy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A bit tight for 5 people . Almost no space to store clothes . I know washer was no in unit but it would have been nice to have a bit more hangers and space to hang clothes after the wash
