Pros:

Very close to the main station and the mall.

Cons:

The trains are literally passing next to the hotel, meaning its very loud. The toilet was super small.

Spacious and immersive experience
Pros:

It was tucked away in a side street close to the train station and a shopping centres, everything was easy access with codes, had everything we needed for a family of 9 travelling spacious rooms also we could buy food to cook with the kitchenette provided

Pros:

We booked 3 rooms the check in was way the property was quaint and very clean, it was like living in Japan we got the experience thru Bon Kyoto would most definitely use the Bon chains again good size rooms

Pros:

Great location, close to bus stops and train station., many convenience stores also supermarkets all are walkable distance (8 minutes or less). Room spacing was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. The kitchenette was a life saver for us, it allowed us to have quick breakfasts and get ready to start exploring the city.
Aeon mall is around 8 minutes walking from the hotel (Uniqlo, daisy, 3 coin and great food)

Cons:

If you're a light sleeper (like me) be prepared because the train track is just next to the building I mean you can literally see trains come around just opening the room's door. I would remove those lamps because the room already has good illumination. .

Pros:

Нам все понравилось, нас было 4 человека, очень удобные матрасы, постельное бельё очень чистое, местоположение очень удобное. Есть балкон и вид на жд дорогу. Поезда проезжают очень близко, но их почти не слышали. Хорошая звукоизоляция. В дождливый день давали нам зонтики. Мы жили 3 дня и поэтому нам уборка не нужна была.

Cons:

Из минусов может только очень ранний check out.

I would stay here again
Pros:

Great location. Room a decent size, nice having two double beds. Clean and comfortable. Loved the access to prime, Netflix etc

Cons:

It was very close to a train line but beds were opposite side of building, it really didn’t bother us too much but something to be aware of. Bathroom very small

Good value for money
Pros:

Despite arriving much earlier than official check-in time (arrived at 2pm, but room is available by 4pm onwards), we are allowed to check-in to our room. Receptions are super kind, friendly, welcoming, and making efforts to explain rules and regulations in English.

The hotel also provides self-service luggage storage for early arrival (check-in) and also late departure (check-out) and is free of charge.

It is 10 minutes of walking distance away from Kyoto station. Convenient stores and food stores are easily accessible within walking distance. The nearest tourism spot, Toji temple, is just 10 minutes of walking distance away.

The room is well-equipped, with sufficient space to move around and to open suitcase. A sofa is also provided. Room on the ground (first) floor has an additional outdoor area with table and chairs allowing an early morning or late evening chilling time.

Cons:

The bidet malfunctions and is unable to work properly.
